    The heaviest lift is 200 kg and he increases the weight 20 kg each set that means:
    Warm-up set 1: 60 kg, or 130 lbs
    Warm-up set 2: 80 kg, or 175 lbs
    Workout set 1: 100 kg, or 220 lbs
    Workout set 2: 120 kg, or 265 lbs
    Workout set 3: 140 kg, or 310 lbs
    Workout set 4: 160 kg, or 350 lbs
    Workout set 5: 180 kg or 395 lbs
    Workout set 6: 200 kg, or 440 lbs
    Gonna try this in the gym today. I'll report later how it went.

      You get used to it over time, big meaty traps help...plus he squats way more than this, so the weight probably doesnt feel super heavy on his back.

Yeah every strongman may be abuseing roids but ill give you all the steroids you want and i can bet none of you hater will even come close in your lifetime. I could squat 230kg 1 rep at the age of 16 1/2 bodyweight 115kg 192cm tall

    Wouldn't he smash his neck doing that? Real risk for neck injury right there, and if he dislocates that that high up.... goodnight.... for good.

    • @eduardogutierrez5613
      @eduardogutierrez5613 9 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Yes, I've done this exercise myself and there is a real risk for hurting your neck. That being said, I'm sure Mariusz isn't doing this blindly and can assess better than us whether an exercise is hurting him or not.

      Lol I was thinking the same thing, he's got a lot of padding in form of muscle where I just have my spine, anyone who's skinny and tries to bounce the bar agonst their neck like that is likely to end up in the hospital.
