This was well done. I was mildly disappointed that this is your only video on Dungeon World.

Thanks! I actually have another Dungeon World video coming up on the production schedule to be done. Another viewer requested a video on Adventure Fronts specifically which I am just getting around to in my list of projects.

This is the clearest description I've seen of fronts. Much appreciated.

Adapting the clever use of fronts for the plotting of reactive campaign and adventure threats for use with a new TTRPG system i've been playtesting

How has it been going? I'm about to embark on a similar venture. How did fronts play out in your playtest?

A very clear explanation and effective, illustrative examples! I’ve been struggling to figure out how to conceptualise and structure villains and their plots, and this tool seems like the salve to my ailment! Now I think I will look up Dungeon Worlds for even greater detail. Thank you for making this 💜

Thanks for the kind words! I have some ideas of what I might like to do for one or two other Dungeon World vids at the moment but have a list of other videos in the production line. If you have any requests, reach out and I will see if I have anything of value to add.

This is really well done! Thank you for this explanation. I just ran our first session last Friday, putting together some fronts now.

Awesome! I plan to use fronts for my campaign. Not a dungeon world one but I like this fronts system. This video helps a lot

Great video; thank you. Would be ineterested in an adventure front too.

good video. Found it kinda amusing how much your front ended up sounding like GoT. A dark and looming external threat waiting to break through, and the internal struggles and chaos making it harder to deal with the external threat.

Thanks! I naturally favor a lower level of fantasy in my plot designs. With Dungeon World being a bit more bombastic, the examples I chose did kind of fall into that line. The funny thing is I never actually watched or read GoT!

Are there any samples of these front Sheets filled out? Thanks.

I have just added a link to a single view of the Fronts example sheet I made. For ease, I have also commented it here as well: docs.google.com/presentation/d/1qyZ_EOuTQFnyndFgSkJnAwq4P2UHAl-PaXdlP0Y4vJc/edit?usp=sharing
In addition to this, I do recommend looking into the the Dungeon World Guide found at dungeon-world.com. While it doesn't format it onto this sheet, the section on Fronts (pages 36-43) does a good job of addressing all of it in a format better suited in the prose.

I thought this said "fonts". Still watched it though.

That would be a super niche video! Thanks for the view despite the disappointment :)
