can you elaborate on this? because no matter how long my shield is up the recharge cooldown is always 14 seconds, so it doesn't really make sense to not use the full duration. Whenever I do reactivate it, it's usually for the knockback or to push people into the void.
@@lavakitty89 if you let it stay up for long you risk forgetting about it (lets be honest, playing boombox is like working 4 jobs at once) and therefore missing out on the 10 damage and knockback it deals on recast i would also suggest recasting it once it drops to around 75 hp as it may be destroyed
nah it's been suggested a million times before and it's been rejected by the developers. but boombox is going to get a rework eventually to focus on speed buffs so that'll be cool.

one tip, as a boombox main I would suggest using your shield tactically and not letting it stay for more than 7 seconds.
