I had the digital wristwatch edition of Frogger some 35 years ago when these games were still around, but I’ve never played this on Atari 2600 as a teenager during the time when it was still making these video games.
my son Jason made a frogger movie he made 3 of them hollywood should've made it a long time ago he was thinking about making a 4th one but he's too old for it he was young when he made them
Sheesh! They never mentioned what console it's for. People must have been confused if they tried cramming that square down a circle hole. No wonder the 83 game crash was a hot mess!
Oh man, that version of the game was so bad. The Supercharger version was actually halfway decent. I think the worst arcade conversion to the Atari 2600 was Donkey Kong.
Take a shot every time he says R I B B I T
Cheers
That's 6 shots
Loved this game!
Yep, I remember that commercial. I should still have the cartridge as well.

What were the plots of these frogger films?
I've played Frogger. If the title protagonist wasn't a frog and if it were an insect, the game wouldn't be called Frogger, it would be called Bugger.
Does anybody have the Frogger II: Threedeep commerical? I remember the frog saying "THREEEEDEEEP!" in a funny way.
Was cutting edge at the time.
As well as addictive level fun.
From Sega, Konami, and Parker brothers
Sega’s arcade game, now a home video game. From Hasbro, the Ones to Beat.
And now Konami has full rights to Frogger.
@@KenMasters.
Yep
I have the PlayStation release of Frogger which is on a CD
Does he sleep on that chair?
The arcade version had copyrighted children's music from Japan in it that couldn't be used in any home version.

By 2600 port standards this one actually looks pretty good imho
