I was diagnosed with anticoagulant lupus syndrome in 2020. It’s well managed and I do take ever since xarelto daily. I never had complications with ANY surgery in my life, including knee surgery etc.. 8 months ago I had gastric sleeve and again, no complications what so ever. Had a filter placed on my Vein prior to the gastric sleeve, got off xarelto 2 days prior to surgery and after surgery at the same was put on lavenox for 4 days and resuming xarelto day after. I was cleared for surgery by my PCP, hematologist and pulmonologist. I’m a patient that recovers fast and get moving at the very same day. Same happened with my c-section. Up and walking, showering the very next day. With all that, why some doctors are still reluctant of me having a tummy tuck, when all the precautions are been highly taken???
Question: I'm 66 and I had blood clots during the change... meaning I was having my last period at the age of 40 + (don't remember) Is that considered a history of blood clots? And, am I too old for the surgery?

How do you sleep if you have to walk every hour for 10 minutes? Do you set your alarm to wake up every hour?

How do you know if or when you have them
So should I not travel for surgery
When you cancel do you get your money back
What if I have the lupus trait but not lupus
So you can’t be on birth control before surgery. First I’ve heard of this
