We did not want the neighbors on top of neighbors and preferred privacy so went with land and a home, but these communities for those that don't mind lack of privacy are so important in this time of housing insecurity-so, happy to see this, good luck.
Well, . homes are built by INCREDIBLE TINY HOM, and if they did leak we would know, as Randy has either fixed them, changed what would cause them to leak. I have watched him since building in Amanda's backyard. He is an excellent builder who stands behind everything he does. Snowload has been proven. And there was once a small problem of a leak around one of the windows, and that has been corrected. Great resort, beautiful . Myself I would personally get permission to pour a cement slab a bit larger to put the home on and incorporate a patio portion continued with this. ( Protected with insulation before the pour)) Dampness that causes rot would be eliminated and less upkeep. Of course the skirt is more protection when added. Hope the pond will natural hold the water and will not evaporate through the bottom. They should put a diffuser aeration system on bottom to create bubbles to keep the water from going stagnant, and nice to have a tall fountain spray in the middle for aesthetics.
@@PaulaL1971 Incredible tiny homes has many videos. The incredible oxis start.I think at twenty thousand or twenty five thousand. These are the ones that you just need a small space heater or a small air conditioner. They take nothing to heat or cool. They have a kitchen a bathroom in a large area for bedroom sitting. Next step up can go as far as you want.He has some models. The models are beautiful. They have a little cottage design which is very good for 1 or 2 people and that is not very expensive.I think thirty five thousand and it has a porch. Incredible tiny homes or IT h is located in Tennessee. At newport. You can book an appointment and they will show you around.
I am finding this growing community more and more compelling.. Simply beautiful. I like that it doesn't look as if you plan to put the homes nearly on top of each other. I'm a disabled vet with PTSD and that type of compaction would put my anxiety thru the roof. Generally speaking, how is the weather in that area? Summer hi's , winter lows?
I so wish that I could get my family to move out of California. They are all so set on staying put. I would love to live in an RJO in your community. It would be great to have family move to Alabama with me. I'm praying hard. Maybe someday. Thumbs up from, S. California.
I too have family still in California. My wife and I have been working on my family as well lol. They love it here, just hard to uproot. But so worthwhile for those who choose to, as we did!
How exciting for everyone who is moving on to the beautiful property there! Watching actually makes me cry! So happy for all that’s going on there, Hans. Can’t wait to get there…. Please don’t fill my lot… patiently waiting for ITH……
Come to florida. It has been raining 7 Days. Have got ten inches of rain. Everyday it rains. It's gonna rain for another week here. Today's wednesday. We got. 70 Thunderstorms and rain all day today. So we haven't had a brearly in the morning. It's great then about 2 :00 It starts raining and it rains until late at night. So this is very unusual for us. I wish I knew about you guys 6 Months ago. But I enjoy videos
Everything looks beautiful! A wonderful place to live! I noticed how the water just shoots out of the gutters on the RJO in the background, what should one do regarding that? I have an RJO and was thinking about some type of different gutters setup.
A neat solution is to add a decorative chain-type or downspout (rain-chain) that is neat to watch when water runs down it. Something different! Normal downspouts work too…
@fthree ftr...I'll let you buy from someone else. No comparisons to price and what's out there. Ive watched Randy for almost 10 years. He is an hoest businessman. He tighten a few strings he had to because some people just asked for too much at workshops and he has to make a living. ESP homes are a DIY .Decorate it Yourself ,this is so you can save money on the purchase and add to it when you have money. Sure beats being homeless. Models are for people who have more. ITH ROCKS.
wouldn't rain gutter help alleviate that issue? Hans, if you see this what would be the additional cost for the lessee to gravel/or cement one's lot where the trailer would sit on?
Yes rain crazy all over...im thinking another hurricane, I believe this is the year for alot of them. Remember we're just in the B's of the alphabet on named hurricanes. Dollywood got flooded parking lot anyway trapping people, river flowing all over the road.
@@streetsmartintelligent When did you learn to read peoples's minds and predict the future? You have no evidence that he has thought of that, and no evidence that problems will be prevented.
It may cause problems later on. My neighbor built a home on blocks. They did not use any kind of gravel, washout or anything. Over time the moisture from underneath warped their floors.
Hans is honest, real, compassionate, & cares about every resident. He truly means well, and is not at all fake in any way!
Thank you Hans!!!

That's super beautiful !!!
Thanks!

Or you can pick another tiny home builder

The Charlston looks so pretty. It's a 10' x 30' right? Nice footage to retire. Your community sure is looking lovely!!!
Yes! Thank you!

The community is coming together nicely. Hope the homes are all tied down. Tornadoes took a lot of mobile homes this year

Love your videos. Can you please provide a video of hooking up the utilities to the ITH.
A video showing us hooking up utilities to a tiny home?
How much is lot rent?
300.00 mo + bills + key money

Put down spouts on the gutters

Typical ITH carelessness and lack of attention to detail. Any other builder would have added the downspouts, as that is the normal thing to do.
I'm curious. Are the homes fastened down in some way for hurricane safety?
Can be. No hurricanes here (6 hours from the nearest coast) but in case of severe weather or peace of mind can be done yes
Hey hans,
Could you tell me whats the name of the camera you use?
Like its quality.😊
I use several. GoPro 8, GoPro 11, iPhone 14 Pro, DJI mini 3
I would be interested to hear with all the rain if any of the Incredibox/steel panel homes have had any water leaks.
Been checking. Not a drop ❤
None that I’ve heard of

Why no gravel where the homes are parked? Won't they sink in? Leave the spots a muddy mess?
wouldn't rain gutter help alleviate that issue? Hans, if you see this what would be the additional cost for the lessee to gravel/or cement one's lot where the trailer would sit on?
I'm sure he's thought of that way beforehand...& whatever he has down as the pad will prevent that.😊

Look like you guys didn't put no air vents in the skirting to let the house breathe underneath
Better trim the trees around and above the house
0:16 this place needs rain chains!
