@@yusufalghamdi3005 by using the level 4 rooms you can track the people with high bounties, and criminals tend to be more where open robberies as well. In smaller servers it is easier to find as there is more of a chance they will be at an open robbery, so if you want to do this strategy join servers with about 8 people in it. Hope this helps!
