Vortex mini split air conditioner

This unusual vortex is located at my friend's pension in the room my aunt stayed (room 7)
An vortex that opens the swing down to up? That's very unusual to me. I used to see the basic vortex (the one I've recorded in Solymar) I also don't know If it is an inverter or a standard. It has a quite yellowed remote.
