Hello, I am trying to get into my phone and when I double-tapped the numbers it keeps saying IPhone unavailable. I am typing in the correct code, but my child kept trying to get into the phone so now my passcode isn't working. I've force shut down and followed the instructions to factory reset, but nothing. It just keeps turning back on and saying IPhone unavailable still. I also downloaded itunes on my computer to do it from there, but when I sign in it keeps sending the passcode to my phone when I can't get into it. Apple does not make it convenient for customers to access their account when they can't get into their phones. Please help!

I had no idea the nightmare I had created when I accidently activated Voiceover, so I'm happy to have found Apple Tricks! ❤
