    This is a very good channel to watch. But I don't agree with everything said, especially about impermanence. Some things, especially health matters, or other issues, unfortunately do not go away and they're here to stay for good... Sometimes they become even worse as time passes by... This is a very optimistic but, to some extent, unreal assumption.

      But if you learn to control your mind, it will help the suffering and pain to lessen, even go away completely if you are good enough at meditation.
