I'm wondering what I should do now in terms of trying to create arrangements because I'm sure I'll come across some other problem that I'll be unsure of how to solve. I'm afraid that I'll have too many questions to ask before I can then play a hymn from my book. Should I start out by trying to arrange some relatively simple hymns? Then if I come across a snag maybe then I could send you an email of the score that I'm working on?

Sounds like you need lessons :) Yes, start out with a simple hymn such as "Like a River Glorious" or "When I Survey the Wondrous Cross" Maybe a periodic lesson would help you. Email me at [e-mail] for further help :)
