Hi there. I have playing golf in florida for 44 years. I have played doral, world woods , the stadium course and 100 others or so. Streamsong is simply the top.
Karsten, It was great playing with you that day. Brought back lot's of memories of the 4 rounds of golf I played at Streamsong. Your review and video is spot on to the experience playing the red course.
Great video, Karsten. I agree with your comprehensive review of SS Red. I played Red earlier this summer, and shot 79 from the black tees, including an unforgettable eagle on hole no. 9. I have had the privilege to play most of Florida's top-ranked public courses, but across the private/public courses I have played from Jacksonville to Miami, SS Red is my favorite course.
Glad to hear you enjoyed Streamsong. I considered going this winter with my dad and brother, but we ended up in Phoenix playing several courses. Next years trip we were thinking Flordia, so I may look to play here. Great review and really enjoy all the videos!
FLORIDA. Now THAT is some GOLF COURSE. (Always happy to see another review pop up on my FEED.) Speaking of feed, top notch BBQ?? We'll see which is better: the brisket... OR MY GOLF GAME!
Hey Karsten, My buddies and I want to plan a trip for SS. Looking to do a weekend. How did you go about booking the trip? through their website or talking to a travel agent?
You gotta do it! I went directly through Streamsong but maybe if you go through an agent you can get a better deal. Not cheap! PS: If you found the content valuable give me a subscribe ;) it helps a lot!
I’m fortunate enough to live an hour from it and play twice a year usually. It’s absolutely F*****g unreal. It’s like playing on the moon or somewhere on this planet
How would you go about someone making a trip from east coast of Florida. Does the resort have golf and play packages. Did you book through a travel website?
Just came back from Streamsong. Agreed that Red is a beautiful course, but the greens were super slow - more like 9 on the stimp. Not challenging at all - I'm a 7 index and was an 8 handicap from the black tees, so I saw no reason for the slow greens. Also the tees are a bit hacked up and the golf range uneven. I loved the design, but the condition left a lot to be desired as a "destination" golf course in the Pinehurst, Bandon or Pebble mold. It's not on those levels, and should not be rated as high as it is.

Dude your channel is great. I’m not sure why you don’t have more subscriptions or views. I love this type of golf content. Keep it up
Heading there in a week. Playing all three!! Thanks.

It was great to play with you too Bill and thank you for the comment! That was such a special experience at an incredible course.

Heading down to Streamsong in April. Doing my research ahead of time and very much enjoyed this video. Thank you.

Thanks Austin! Yeah next year you have to do. I have heard the Blue and Black courses are just as good, if not better. You will love it!
Another great video! Loved Streamsong!!
Thanks so much Drew! I appreciate the support!
Sabal Palms are native to that part of Florida.
I read that there were two types of Palms native to Florida. Do you know what the other is?

World class comment Ross! Your enthusiasm for my reviews is flattering!
The Red Course is probably my favorite. It didn’t hurt that I had a putt on 18 to shoot 79. Lol
That is awesome!! Quite the round, that is a tough course

I am jealous and you describe it perfectly. Streamsong is unlike anywhere I have ever seen.
