- Jase and Phil are both a little skeptical of Zach's reason for not being on the podcast today: "What type of jungle could he be in where there's no cell service?" Phil doesn't want anyone to miss the women who surrounded Jesus as he ministered to them and to the crowds or the important role they played in the retelling of his death and resurrection. Phil and Jase talk about why it's important to have four different accounts of Jesus' life, death, and resurrection in the Gospels. Plus, where did the dream come from that Pilate's wife experienced? And did Pilate fully understand what was happening during Jesus' trial? Jase reminds us why you should never underestimate the confidence that can be communicated in silence - when Pilate asked Jesus a "trick" question, Jesus remained silent. Jase and Al wonder whether Pilate knew who Jesus was - or was just scared.

Plenty of areas in Southwest Virginia has very spotty cell service.
Ditto in the mountains of NW NC. These darn websites keep wanting to text my flip phone to verify it's me when I sign in to things online, and I ain't got no darn service at the homeplace! City folk have no idea about the real world.

I'm 40, and my first cell phone was around 10-11. It didn't really do internet though. I was an adult by the time I had a phone that would load webpages and such.
There is a depth of the revelation of God that is acceptable to ever human being.
Most turn away from their Maker.

but...what I'm sayin'...most just don't know how good it could be to truly know their Maker.

I enjoy the pod cast every morning. I think Phil talks more when Zach is not there.
I'm fairly certain that work has some sort of cell phone jammer. You can call and text, but no one around there gets good internet in the buildings. Take two or three steps from the buildings outside and you've got all the service.
Tall trees on both sides of road, where I live, riding down road, no service in cell phones
Jase u should have a shirt made that says, " u can find me where there little to no cell service" which I'd mostly places u would hunt or fish
I remember the party line I got in trouble when I was a kid with those party lines when I would hang up my Mom would get a call from the person who was talking to someone else they would tell my mom to keep me off The phone😂
My aunt/uncle were on one and I just thought that was the strangest thing. What was the point of having a phone that everyone was on at the same time? Just didn't make sense.
I grew up with the party line it was horrible
I’d say about half of Vermont and 2/3rds of Maine don’t hVe good cell service
Psalm 22:7,8,15,16,18 - these descriptions became an exact prediction of what happened to Yeshua on the cross. Scripture was fulfilled

What I realized is why Jesus said, love Him with our whole Heart and to be willing to give up our lives and not deny Him. Each one of those who wanted Jesud dead or denied Him was because there was something they valued more than God, their own power, positions, fame, wealth, honor, status and their own lives.
It was also my choice to live like this... Peace & quiet. But I can able to talk to them from home or when I get to town.. Works for me ***

The main thing I use my cell phone for, is look at the weather. Or if one of my grandkids call to ask to spend the night. That's because for me it too darn complicated 🙄
That's what I use mine for also. I have a cell phone, flip phone. I don't want all that other stuff, it's too complicated for me, frustrating.

I used to talk to, respond to folks, especially at the grocery store, before I would realize they were using bluetooth. It was usually in the other ear that I didn't see. That took me awhile to stop doing, lol.

I don't like texting. Why text, when you can talk. And now they have app so you can talk and it will send text - nuts. I picked up my two nephews from school and after vying for shotgun, they were both on their phones texting! No Hi, How are you, nothing. Texting other kids they were at school with the whole day. Go figure.
Hahaha. Too funny. The main road in front of our development is a dead zone. No one gets service. If you’re on a call driving, it will get dropped. It’s been like that for forever.

Actually I find the younger generation doesn't know the roundabout - for those born all the way to 2001 in Canada there were no roundabouts so they know nothing about it - they have been recently popping up and it causes chaos

This 51 minute podcast has 150 minutes or more of adds to skip through! Maddening when getting into lessons of Jesus and being cut off so much.

I really enjoyed these Bible studies until recently then the ads got to be really bad and them the pay wall happened. The ads on this one were really bad and I not subscribed anymore. It's to distracting trying to be taught then here's a ad. Good luck love ya.
Jesus said to do as the Pharisees instructed, but not to do as they do. The issue was not their teaching. It is was their hypocrisy. Of course Jesus' teaching was better, but the law itself was fine for its time. New law is better. We need some increased lawfulness in the world today that's for sure.
