That's exactly what happened to me as well. First movie of him that I watched was Train to Busan and as everybody else, absolutely loved him and the movie. Next he appeared in squid game, despite of such a small screen time he never failed to impress with his acting and dashing personality. Which led me to Goblin and coffee prince. Looking forward to watching more of his work.

I watched coffee prince since 2013 and until now I still rewatch it every single year and it feels like the first time I can say that coffee prince is my 1 top fav kdrama no matter this is the only show (not only in kdrama) that my heart fly when I hear the name coffee prince and every time I see one of the cast no matter where I always scream COFFEE PRINCE!!!
That man has aged like fine wine. I watched Her private life first and only recently watched Coffee Prince when the waffle chef seemed familiar. And voila, it was one of my favourite romantic leads....that man is still hot.
I was drawn to coffee prince because of Goblin, but as I watch the update of the actors, I have seen them in many films that they have made and really enjoy their acting. Korean dramas are top rated and I think are really good dramas and films, enjoy the acting and the writing. I am glad that its not about sex, but about character and content, makes for really good movies.
Fell in love with Gong Yoo after watching Coffee Prince few days ago. Now watching Goblin and enjoying every bit of it and plan on binge watching all his series, he's so dreamy, regal and his acting is just top-tier. It breaks my heart to learn that Lee Eon died. May his soul continue to rest in peace.

Honestly, "Last train to Busan" was an extraordinary experience for me. I absolutely detest zombie movies and I have no idea what made me watch it. Maybe it was the knowledge that Korean cinema has a very interesting approach to all topics and the movies usually are deep in meaning. This said, I beg to differ: it wasn't adrenaline rush this movie gave me. It was something I typically feel through watching Korean movies: no matter if it's a horror, thriller, crime or comedy, the story always contains a parallel drama storyline that gives the viewer this emotional connection and twists you heart in a very weird way! That's what I felt! I cried like a child! Absolute masterpiece!
Coffee Prince is my most loved k-drama. Wow!!! Superb, excellent, realistic acting of GY and YEH. They really look so good and amazing together. GY and YEH are still single up to now. YEH, for me, is the right woman for GY. Watching the video on the way she has been living her life, I could say she's hardworking, determined and goal-oriented woman. Lately, I have a sudden urge to revisit my nostalgic feeling by going back to 2000s K-drama. I think what happened to Brave Girls did contribute to bring me back to those vibes. Coffee Prince, My name is Kim Sam Soon, My Girl, Full House, etc. all those great writings, light hearted and sweet with enough tears and drama to keep your eyes swollen but not dragging. Oh mine, they bring back so many happy memories. Just had a finish touch on Coffee Prince’s final scene...they are such natural talented actors. Miss seeing them already. “She was pretty” is up next though it is rather on the recent drama-scene.

Anything with Lee Sun-Kyun, loved him in My Mister and Pasta. Equally :- Anything with Kim Jae-Wook he stole the show in Coffee Prince as the waffle maker. He was great in Her Private Life, that man can act with his eyes, he doesn’t need to talk. Was fabulous in Temperature of Love as part of a romantic trio. If you like him, do yourself a favour, hunt down a short movie called “Antique” he plays a gay patissier along with Ju Ji-Hoon and Yoo Ah-in absolutely brilliant.

EDIT: Just realized that I found out about his passing on his death anniversary. Sending prayers and lighting an incense for that lovable lug❤️❤️❤️
