Oh my goodness!! The kid on the monorail!!! That is such a big part of the magic!! 😊lease don't let the parks become overun by unhappy, gluttonous disney adults who do not understand that Disney is more than merch, unhealthy insta snacks and instant gratification by paying steep prices to skip the lines... they forgot how to vibe. Even though i am a disney adult... i love the whole experience so much. All the wonder and excitement reminds me of my childhood and when my kids were little. So many wonderful memories come rushing back just by hearing a happy kid on a monorail. ❤
Hi Adam, So many memories of Space Mountain, including waiting 3 hours to ride the summer it first opened. Most of the line was outside in the hot sun! The chocolate chip cookie was removed several years ago. It did spin by as you waited on the line inside! Keep the videos coming!
I actually saw the "Carousel of Progress" in the GE pavilion at the 1964 World's Fair with my 8th grade graduating class in June of that year. That fair was really amazing for back in those days when most home televisions were still only in b&w. Yes kids, the NY metropolitan area had just 6 channels to choose from (2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13). Also, 1964 was the biggest year for Soupy Sales which aired on NYC channel 5 (WNEW).
Epic ride! Terrifies me to this day. When I was a kid my dad and I rode it. He was holding my plastic orange (I drank the OJ already) and when the ride was over he handed it back to me and said, “Here’s your orange, squashed to heck…” He was a bit terrified too! :-)
I grew up with/at Disneyland. The Space Mountain there has a cookie, you used could see it from the queue. We used to scream" Ze Famous Amos!" on the ride in an Italian accent for some reason. I guess Chips Ahoy would have been more appropriate but Famous Amos makes a far better cookie.
People mover is my autistic son favorite ride. When we go to the parks monthly we ride it 3 times in a row.. He records it always. Since 2013 he has been doing this. Always on the look out for you Adam the woo🇨🇦🥓🤙🏻
Glad you got home in time for the big 50th Anniversary of Space Mountain. Bet you didn't even know that's why you left Belize early, did ya? LOL..... Nice to see you home for a bit. Safe Travels on your next adventure. 😊
Back in 1977 when I first rode Space Mountain, you actually sat single file, but it was one long bench that you had to straddle. It was so funny to watch my dad and the family we were with, their father, sit together, and having them to sit like that. I guess they didn’t think it out to put us kids in front of them in each vehicle. We had a good laugh at that. Also, when you exited the ride you rode up a moving platform that took you by scenes of what the future was to be like. Kind of like carousel in progress.💖
I am also a big fan of the Disneyland space Mountain. One of those situations where they got it right second time. Single person per aisle, no lights no music. DW’s needs an upgrade. Space mountain Disneyland is supreme in my opinion.
I've been away for a few days in an incredibly sad situation. I'm sure that getting back to your videos will help heal some of the sadness. Thanks, Adam.
I have that sweater of Mickey on the Astro orbiter. I swear it’s Mickey because there is a version of the sweater without the hood that has Minnie on it!
Space mountain and carousel of progress had some soft openings in December of 1974. I remember riding both in late December of 1974 sometime after Christmas
Hey Adam. I'll be 50 next year and planning my bday there. I'm from the Toronto area and looking forward to it. The pin would be a great addition to my collection. Keep it up bud.
I remember taking Space Mountain when I was 13 back when it opened and still get a thrill out of the ride. The Carousel of Progress sure morphed as time went by! I remember all the progress in the 80s and 90s! I hope it continues even with the low attendance. That picture of you on Space Mountain reminds me of that add where the guy sitting on a chair in front of the Stereo with the sounds blowing by! 😉 Glad you enjoyed ti all!
Adam, cool video and really enjoyed it! Wish they would have let you film on space mountain! Cool sweatshirts! Your dole whip looked so good. Looking forward to your next vlog.
The chocolate chip cookie asteroid is mos def in Anaheim. I, too, prefer DL's Space Mountain and their decor. Maybe because my teen years, i grew up in the shadow of Knotts Berry Farm and spent 1000's hours at DL. DL space Mountain used to exit into the coolest video game arcade ever!
Starting off my morning with a piping hot caffeinated beverage and another adventure with Adam The Woo!🤩 - Btw Adam if you're around on January 25th, please consider getting a ticket to The British Invasion Beatles Tribute concert at the Community Presbyterian Church in Celebration at 7pm. I'll be performing as Ringo in the show and would love to see you there brother! We only have 50 tickets remaining. You might remember The British Invasion from their 15 year residency at Epcot
Space mountain was my favorite ride as a kid and I still enjoy it today. There is some debate about whether the asteroids with the craters are really chocolate chip cookies. From what I’ve read they are not. It is kind of like when you see shapes in the clouds. I was impressed that you had been taught the Greek alphabet. You skipped a couple of letters, but I’m sure it’s been several decades since your dad taught it to you. I never realized that the space mountain tracks were designated by the first and last Greek letters.
Take more than one day if needed, I can’t imagine the amount of time and effort you have put into your channel. If we don’t take care of ourselves no one else is going to. Thanks for sharing.
You and I are both 50 years old and have experienced space mountain MANY times. But that roller coaster always holds up for me. So different and also very fun.
I played the ‘space mountain’ drinking game… I didn’t fair too well 🤪.. Oh, those new plushies in the beginning ~~ it was Pluto, not Winnie the Poo. Your buddy Tim Tracker thought the same thing in his vlog 😅 odd design for sure
Loved the trip videos Adam I've been considering of going on a train ride from my house to somewhere either for day or few days wish me luck. Enjoy your day😀
I remember when Space Mt opened at Disneyland. We were there and I was 5 months pregnant and they wouldnt let me ride it. A year later I went on it and hurt my neck with all the jerking around. Never went on it again.
Would of been funny if you trolled everyone and went to Epcot and said said this is my international travel adventure starting now. Hahaha I would need some time at home relaxing after the stress of worry in Belize.
I love how you say the title of the ride in Mickey's voice. It's hard for me to find the original clip of the commercial with him saying that, but I have seen it
Adam, another great video. I comment off and on on your channel. All good comments of course. Because I do and did comment on your travel home video from Atlanta, I have now been called a stalker by ROCK-vl5yw.
I've been trying to figure out when I subscribed to your channel. In doing the research, that has taken a little bit of time i am sure it was day 162. Thank you so much for all the Entertainment and all the hard work Mr. The Dailywoo.
You should've celebrated the Space Mountain Lucie Arnaz/Lyle Waggoner/Tommy Tune Opening special - where they had a special nighttime party in...Adventureland? LMAO - my all time favorite Disney special. :P
well here's hoping to win something.... :) I love the architecture and I love the flowers. growing up in Southern California we were blessed my dad's parent company rented out Disneyland. but there were still lines.. so I would always be in the flower bed or looking up at the architecture and the forced perspective. for me the needle has moved a little bit closer to 70%. by the end of the year my goal is to be a Disney vacation Club member so that we can keep our status and enjoyed the resorts. definitely an AP butt for both Disney and Universal. I am grateful for this channel in so many ways it helps keep me grounded. God, Jesus, (Biscuit r.i.p.) +Coffee+Chocolate+ATW Happy Anniversary Space Mountain
I remember when you said you preferred the MK Splash to Disneyland’s. But I agree Disneyland’s Space Mountain is superior. The track, queue, and ride system feel greatly improved. Disney even wrote “75/77” on the anniversary mug to celebrate both versions - and it would not surprise me if Disneyland does something in 2 years. They’ve had great merch for Pirates 55th and Haunted’s 55th the past few years.
Hi Adam....Carousel of Progress opened at the NYC Worlds Fair in 1964 then it went to Disneyland in 1967 until 1973. So I believe that 50th Anniversary is for WDW (math). Have a great day and stay safe.

Good morning. Have fun on your journeys. Can I have a pin please?
Too late for an ig comment from me..... 🚀
The little kid on the monorail
I see Disney I see the castle!!
My heart ❤😍

That little girl in the Monorail just made my Disney heart soar! ❤
The little kid’s excitement in the background on the train was so sweet!
Oh, I guess it’s called the monorail. 😅
I was thinking the same thing...that girl has all the positive vibes!
Awww 🥰 :> 😅
Love the excitement of the children. The negative Nellie’s should join in and have some fun!!
@@Julie-u2z I’d rather not get my fun by filming children. But you do you, I guess.

Great ride! Happy 50th Space Mountain!
Minnie has eyelashes. That is Mickey in a space suit . Enjoying today's vlog very much. Happy 50th Anniversary Space Mountain.
Looked like an awesome day to me, thanks for sharing. 👍
"I see Disney! I see the castle!" I love that so much
That made my heart happy!
Definitely my inner monologue every single time 😊
Lol this was a fun video 😅😀. Loved the excitement of the young child on the monorail on seeing the castle and the park 😊🥰. 🌸
“My favorite! The Space!” ❤
@gwensglittergang2 Lol yeah that was cute 🥰. 🌸
another very enjoyable Vlog again Adam , really well done and thank you 😊

Carousel of Progress is my favorite show at any Disney park. The new chairs look great!
It’s one of mine too! Love carousel of progress!!
Epic ride! Terrifies me to this day. When I was a kid my dad and I rode it. He was holding my plastic orange (I drank the OJ already) and when the ride was over he handed it back to me and said, “Here’s your orange, squashed to heck…” He was a bit terrified too! :-)

Playing the Alpha & Omega drinking game.
10:15am and I am HAMMERED!!!!!!😂😂

So many memories of SM when it was a E-Ticket Ride! I think this ride was where that came from :)
I thought the chocolate chip cookie is at Disneyland right at the top of the final lift hill.
Back in 1977 when I first rode Space Mountain, you actually sat single file, but it was one long bench that you had to straddle. I love the Carousel of Progress and its history. It never gets old. Fun day today. Thanks for that. Keep doing what makes you happy.😊
It’s a must do anytime I’m at MK!
Why did you leave Belize early? Those videos were more of an adventure than this.
Did what I needed to do there and left
😂
Nobody gets more questions about how they run their youtube account than Adam.
Why didn't you open your jacket more so could see the tip of mickey nose. Video would been lot more cute than this.
I am also a big fan of the Disneyland space Mountain. One of those situations where they got it right second time. Single person per aisle, no lights no music. DW’s needs an upgrade. Space mountain Disneyland is supreme in my opinion.
Time for a not so piping hot caffeinated beverage and some space mountain to start the day!
Great video! Would love the pins!!
Me , Space Mountain, Carousel of Progress share a birthday and I also turn 50 on the 15th yesterday.
Space mountain and carousel of progress had some soft openings in December of 1974. I remember riding both in late December of 1974 sometime after Christmas
I remember seeing that 🍪 cookie flying by too!
No no no get back there and ride it 50 times...lol
It was hard to ride it the 4 times I rode it yesterday with the wait time... 😢
Hey Adam. I'll be 50 next year and planning my bday there. I'm from the Toronto area and looking forward to it. The pin would be a great addition to my collection. Keep it up bud.

It actually looks chilly in Orlando. Wow.
Enjoying my coffee with Adam this morning.
20:15 Great Video, Love Space Mountain and the People Mover. Truly appreciate you sharing Tommowland. Love, Love the 50th Pins!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Welcome back!
Adam, cool video and really enjoyed it! Wish they would have let you film on space mountain! Cool sweatshirts! Your dole whip looked so good. Looking forward to your next vlog.
See you all at Festival of the Arts tomorrow at EPCOT!!😎
Apparently my husband remembers the cookie also 🤔🤷♀️
Welcome back! Hope you enjoyed your day off!

That was Mickey on his sweatshirt… because she had no eyelashes.

Cloudy or sunny, Disney has my heart 🥹🥹🥹... thank you for sharing this Adam, or, erm, should I say Mickey!!! 🎉❤

We were in Magic Kingdom on Monday and rode Tron and Space Mountain, back-to-back both twice. Love those rides.
You and I are both 50 years old and have experienced space mountain MANY times. But that roller coaster always holds up for me. So different and also very fun.
There are so many elements to it that keep it fresh and exciting!
I don’t like to discuss business on the lanai.
Darn now I want a dole whip
Do you own rubber gloves
@ 😂
An appropriate jacket purchased at the Contemporary during a hurricane.
No shade, a great episode to fall asleep to 😂
Epic weather! I love not sweating lol. And every time I hear the word flamingo I always hear Tampa Jay saying it in his style.
A hot caffeinated beverage and Space Mountain. My happy place. 😊
Doesn’t get much better
I played the ‘space mountain’ drinking game… I didn’t fair too well 🤪.. Oh, those new plushies in the beginning ~~ it was Pluto, not Winnie the Poo. Your buddy Tim Tracker thought the same thing in his vlog 😅 odd design for sure
Loved the trip videos Adam I've been considering of going on a train ride from my house to somewhere either for day or few days wish me luck. Enjoy your day😀
What at OG ride. Adam in Disney is still my favorite. No place I’d rather be.
I rode space mountain last night and loved it... last time I rode it it was all rickety...much smoother now
I remember when Space Mt opened at Disneyland. We were there and I was 5 months pregnant and they wouldnt let me ride it. A year later I went on it and hurt my neck with all the jerking around. Never went on it again.
Funny. I react the same way the little kid on the monorail did every time I go to Disneyland. And I’m 55. 😬😬😬😬🤣🤣
I’m glad you showed Cinderella’s castle; it’s one of the only things I remember from when I was there when I was five years old.
I forget you and I share a birthday. I am August 10th too but I was born in 1983.
My day can’t start until I have yesterday’s unused, reheated piping hot caffeinated beverage with Adam the Woo.
WE ARE SO BACK. DON'T BE RIDIC!
Indeed
Space mountain beat me to death toss me from one side to the other
Back to Disney? I thought you were going to change your ways.
He's not capable of changing his ways at this point
The cookie is on the ride.
I think Adam got a little homesick. He seems happy to be back home.😊
They should add a Tri-Lamba ride lane! I would choose that! 😉😉
Never stop doing Disney videos, I love them
The difference between Mickey and Minnie’s head is that she has 3 big eyelashes.
Thanks Adam love the vlogs and the giveaways! Will you start readings comments again that’s a fun time!
One Easter egg the dog in Carousel of Progress is the same as Living with the Land in Epcot!!! Check it out!!
Would of been funny if you trolled everyone and went to Epcot and said said this is my international travel adventure starting now. Hahaha I would need some time at home relaxing after the stress of worry in Belize.
I love how you say the title of the ride in Mickey's voice. It's hard for me to find the original clip of the commercial with him saying that, but I have seen it
Can it be my ringtone? 😆
It’s in the “Behind the Attractions” episode on Disney+ I think it might also be in the Imagineering documentary on Disney+ as well.
Ah, I thought I saw you there yesterday! Love that you highlighted Carousel as well as Space Mountain. Great work!
Minnie mouse has eyelashes, his sweatshirt must be Mickey mouse.
Adam, another great video. I comment off and on on your channel. All good comments of course. Because I do and did comment on your travel home video from Atlanta, I have now been called a stalker by ROCK-vl5yw.

Thanks..been following for years..The chocolate chip cookie like a asteroid was real! before they covered the loading area..I miss the effect..thx!
Warrrrrrm! … shall you?
To answer your cookie question, it did exist for many years. But Disney did a renovation a few years ago and removed the cookies.
Adam, when you come to Germany, be sure to put Neuschwanstein Castle on your list to must see..... the real life inspiration for the Disney Castles!
Woo, woo! With an appropriate shirt ❤
Hi Adam! I’m thinking of going to Disneyland next year. Can u recommend a good place to eat either in the parks or in the area of the parks
You should've celebrated the Space Mountain Lucie Arnaz/Lyle Waggoner/Tommy Tune Opening special - where they had a special nighttime party in...Adventureland? LMAO - my all time favorite Disney special. :P
5:21 - I honestly thought that was an animatronic driver til i saw the stubble haha
Adam, What are they doing to Big Thunder? Upgrades?
Are you gonna talk about Belize anymore? Like wrap up of your thoughts on the trip
I agree...a 5 minute recap of your thoughts would be nice, on Belize and all of your international trips.
well here's hoping to win something.... That sweatshirt is Mickey. It would be rare for Minnie to not have some sort of bow on her head. Plus no eyelashes.
I figured you would have a video today. Cant sit still lol. Love your videos Adam. Been watching for years.
Are you sucking it from the back?
It's Mickey Mouse on your friend's shirt, not Minnie mouse. Minnie Mouse is usually always seen with a bow and eyelashes.
The way you say “Space Mount-Ian” cracks me up every time! LOL
Isn't the chocolate chip cookie in Space 220?
Hi Adam....Carousel of Progress opened at the NYC Worlds Fair in 1964 then it went to Disneyland in 1967 until 1973. So I believe that 50th Anniversary is for WDW (math). Have a great day and stay safe.

You missed we were in Magic Kingdom on Wednesday Jan 15th. We rode Space Mountain too.
