Yeah you can have 12 synced up (4 groups of 4) But I feel you, The strimmer on this one has more lights (12 light guides) vs on my white build it has a thinner look (8 light guides)
About to start my first build with this case. I sat here and shopped for hours and only reason I went with all nzxt fans is because of availability. I wasn’t willing to wait until a week or 2! Plus the nzxt controller in this build seems like a plus if that’s the route I’m going./?
@@FIREWOLFTECH Shouldn’t the air from the 3 fans of the AIO NZXT come out of the PC because it expels hot air from the water heated by the CPU instead of bringing in air that will warm up in contact with the water heated by the CPU?

I think most don’t realize that there is a lot of space in between the fans and the top glass panel and are also completely ignoring the top side vents, and the fact that the whole back side is made of ventilation. Now Picture the 011 Vision, you have wayyy less ventilation since you can’t add anything on top. I have 2 of these, this black one, and a white one. Temps have been great in my experience.
Hey would it be difficult to mount the fans later? I bought everything from your list. I received everything except the lin li fans and I wanna build it already
looking to buy a prebuilt pc with this case but was wondering with the Elite, where does the top fans even push the air out? or its just for looks you did it this way? thanks!
Those Strimer cables for the GPU look ridiculous. The rest of the build is nice. Edit; Aren't the Lian Li fans supposed to all sync together in a row..... Like a chaser starting from fan # 1 and ending at #9, then starting over. I know you can do it whichever way you choose.... It just looks more cohesive if they all sync up together, IMO. The newer ones with led screens for temp and other sensor monitoring are also really nice...although quite expensive.
Strimmer aren't for everyone 😅 I should've showed the drizzling effect, maybe you'd like it I'm not 100% sure if you can have it start at fan # 1 through 9. The software separates the fans into 4 groups (with a max of 4 per group)
Okay, question. So I'm doing a VERY similar pc build this week and using Lian Li fans and the same case. Trying to finalize the fan orientations/air flow. Am I correct in seeing that there are 6 intake fans (bottom and radiator fans) with the other 4 being exhaust fans? Is there a reason for this? My understanding was that you should have negative air pressure inside the case (more air going out than coming in) to increase overall new air flow through the PC and decrease warm air just circulating around with no place to go. I haven't built a PC in about 10 years so I must admit it feels like I'm starting from scratch again so any suggestions would be appreciated. I was thinking about having the bottom be intake and then the top, side, and rear fans be exhaust. Ideally, I'd like to have 4 intake/6 exhaust, but with the way this case is set up, it'd be 3 intake/7 exhaust which seems TOO negative. Would I be able to adjust the fan speed and lower the intake fan speeds with the video's fan orientation to create neutral or negative air pressure? I'm probably overthinking this, but I just don't know lol. Thanks!
I’m no expert when it comes to the air pressure, but the majority of builds use the same concept, the reasoning is you want cold air from bottom and side coming in, and blowing the hot air from the top and rear. This cools all your components from bottom up. Another reason too is that it also prevents dust build up in the PC. And finally, YES you can adjust the airflow on each set of fans independently to create that positive, negative, or neutral airflow. I leave them all running the same, but I don’t honestly know if that is the most optimal, I’ll have to look into it

I have no idea how airflow works but u got 6 reverse blade and one standard for the back but is the 3 pack with the remote reverse blade or are all three of them standard and does this have anything to do with airflow
The bottom 3 fans and 3 side fans (reverse blade) bring in cooler air from the outside while the Top 3 and 1 Rear fan (standard) blow hot air out. This configuration works the best and also minimizes dust. Because every standard PC fan has the blades set to exhaust (blow out), you have to flip it around so that the blades intake (blow in) air. This means that you’ll end up seeing the back of the PC fan which doesn’t look as good as the front. Reverse blade fans solve this by making the front of the fan have blades that intake air so you can keep the same design all around the case.
if motherboard does not have any rgb or argb header will this setup work? H9 elite with inbuilt nzxt rgb duo fans + 3 lian li infinity fans (triple pack) both will have there own controllers
As long as the controllers are connected to the motherboard via USB, you should be able to control the fans with the software. I didn’t connect any argb header at all.

I have a question about the motherboard. On pc part picker it says that the case wont be able to use the usb-c port because of the motherboard. Is this true?
Hello sir i was doing some research over the placement of aio in the cabinet and they said top placement is recommened and side placement with tubes up has the worst thermals 😢.. even i want to place all the components the way you did
AIO on top is the best, AIO on side with tubes down is better, and AIO on side with tubes up is ok. Having it the way I have it is perfectly fine, and the only upside of having it in the side is that the radiator will get cooler air versus hot air when on top
To add on, if this was the H9 Flow or any other case, I would put AIO on top. But since I have the H9 Elite with top glass, why would I make it look horrible with the radiator on top, for that it defeats the purpose in my opinion. The way I look at it, the H9 elite has way better airflow then the 011 Vision where you can’t mount anything on top
@@FIREWOLFTECH the top glass makes h9 elite premium and we still can use it… sir my motherboard does not have any rgb headers Can i still run all h9 elite fans with rgb using the cabinet controller and fan splitter comes with h9 elite caninet

dont run the aio with the tubes at the bottom. gravity feeds the pump when they are on top; but force the pump to work against gravity when the tubes are on the bottom to pull the liquid up. it shortens the life of the pump and cauases premature wear.

Wait where u get the controller for the strimmer cables?
the motherboard strimmer should have the controller
@@FIREWOLFTECH ahhh makes sense, my nearest micro center didint have that one and only the gpu one lol, fucked up my build so thats gonna have to wait, thank you for the info

@@FIREWOLFTECHthanks so much, im sorry for bothering and going off topic but what case would you recommend if i need space? So i was trying to do your build but with a suprim liquid 4090 and its not a good fit lmao it all went well till the gpu lol
how did you sink all the rgb?
Using L Connect 3 for fans and then ASUS Armory Crate for everything else (since I have ASUS MOBO)
very good content
Thanks 🔥
Do you know the fps in games?
I have a question about the motherboard. On pc part picker it says that the case wont be able to use the usb-c port because of the motherboard. Is this true?
Not true, I use the USB-C on the case frequently and works fine.
Not sure why it says it’s not
Does a Rtx 4090 or 4080 super fit in that pc
It def does ! Check out my recent video of the AERO 4090 on my white build
@@FIREWOLFTECH the top glass makes h9 elite premium and we still can use it… sir my motherboard does not have any rgb headers
Can i still run all h9 elite fans with rgb using the cabinet controller and fan splitter comes with h9 elite caninet
Question: Do I really need a USB hub for my PC?
You only need a USB hub or Splitter if your Motherboard doesn't have enough USB Headers for the peripherals you intend to connect. My motherboard only had 2 USB Headers, which is why I opted for a USB HUB for extra ports
@@FIREWOLFTECH Okay, thank you I needed some tips on what to build for when i have enough to buy the parts for my PC, this helps a lot! (Love the Setup btw 🔥)

Hello! Can someone help me please??
I just build my first pc but I’m stuck to finish it since I have the rog strix z790-a gaming wifi ii motherboard and I have the kraken elite 360, infinity fans sl normal and reverse and the striker v2 cables but I can’t find where to plug them since I only have two usb ports and I’m now scared of not being able to put everything together 🥲
You’re going to need a USB hub like the NZXT HUB, or a USB Splitter. That’s why in the video I used a hub since the motherboard only has 2 🥺
@@FIREWOLFTECH I just dmed you!!
how much did the build cost in total
dont you need storage?+

Hello firewolf today I finally received my h9 elite case but while unboxing i found there was cardboard inserted between the tempered glass and i can see little gap which os enough for dust to get in .. i am not sure if this is manufacturing defect… and there only brown outer box mentioning h9 elite not the colour box was there
Yeah that’s normal, there’s a small gap, I mentioned it in the video. As for the color box, the white one I ordered came in a colored box, but the black one came in the same brown you have. Boxes can sometimes change.
Don’t worry there’s no manufacture defects
@@FIREWOLFTECH sir one more thing i have msi mpg a1000g psu i am currntly using one sata cable from psu which has 4 sub nodes (connectors) and i have used 1 for nzxt controller from which my preinstalled fans are running and the other for hdd connection still 2 nodes are left .. is it safe ? Or should i use another individual sata connection from psu for when going for more fans… As nzxt says one controller can handle 9 fans
@@FIREWOLFTECH and sir i was unable to install anti sag bracket under my gpu in this h9 elite case.. i have 7800xr nitro plus and the sag holder which came with the gpu but the screws that came with the gpu were not working and also tried the h9 elite gpu slot screws .. i may have to check other screws that came with h9 elite … any anti sag bracket should work universally in any case
Hola bro, Hablas español también? Tenía una duda respecto a una Review que hiciste hace unos meses y es respecto al monitor LG de 27 pulgas oled, crees que es una buena compra? Saludos y excelente canal!!
El nuevo LG de 27 OLED que recién subí es mejor : th-cam.com/video/rJB0Or1MLiw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=vmAxCckkmLd3B7Vh

The white build is gorgeous do you have vid somewhere i can't find it xd
I never made a tutorial on that one 🥲 this black one was actually my first tutorial build since I was more confident being my 3rd build
@@FIREWOLFTECH Thank's for the reply ! May i ask your GPU temps with the vertical setup ? I'm going to buy like legit the same build in 2-3Weeks, NZXT H9 Flow, Strix 4090,7800X3D NZXT AIO,11 Lian li Fans
Where is all the parts links?

🔥🔥 Thanks so much I appreciate it !
How much in total?
How much was this build
If i purchase h9 elite and decided to install all lian li fans then the prebuilt fans from nzxt will be a waste😢
There’s 2 things you could do, you could use the prebuilt fans for a push/pull on the AIO, or just simply sell them either on eBay or FB ☺️
But yeah I feel you, it’s why I wish this case came in a completely empty shell for a lower price
@@FIREWOLFTECH i am planning to upgrade my cpu and motherboard to 15th gen in october
But was thinking to get h9 elite now as my 5 years old antec df500 looks dull and rgb hub is faulty and due to micro atx motherboard i have only 2 fan headers so not having full control over fans
These are the specs which i currently have
I5 8th gen , gigabyte b365m gaming hd
7800 xt nitro plus gpu
Ram :(16+8) ddr4
Msi 1000g mpg gold atx 3.0
Antec df500 rgb case
It’s not a bad idea to change your case now to get familiar with it when you plan on switching to 15th gen.
For the most cost effective route, I would probably get just one set of the NZXT fans, and use one of your old sets for now
@@FIREWOLFTECH can we install e-atx morherboard in this as mostly flagship motherboards are E-Atx… or it will look bad

Awesome! My NZXT Player Three Prime is on its way! Anyway we can chat on Discord in regards to your build?
That's a great pre-built option 🔥 you could always swap out or add in things to your pre-built like adding these lian li fans for example. I don't run a discord, so maybe in the future. For now we could discuss in this comment thread if you'd like
@@FIREWOLFTECH No worries! I went ahead and ordered all the Lian Li fans to do this exact build! How’s the system holding up? Any issues with the AIO side mounted?
@@GUNSWIFT no issues 🔥 I also have my white 4090 build with AIO side mounted and have great temps
dont run the aio with the tubes at the bottom. gravity feeds the pump when they are on top; but force the pump to work against gravity when the tubes are on the bottom to pull the liquid up. it shortens the life of the pump and cauases premature wear.
i just finish my build

for the software, do you need to use separate ones for the fans and the cooler?
NZXT Cam controls the AIO Pump LCD screen, while the Lian Li L Connect 3 controls all the fans

Did you use the LIAN LI software for the AIO? And if so how did u set them up to work the CPU temps
So if you dont have 3pin argb header on your motherboard can you still make lian li"s fans work?
this is super late, but i've planning on doing an extremely similar build to this one, and i just saw this video for the first time last night. you just boosted my confidence in it, and taught me that the 40 series cards only have 1 pcie port so i need a psu that has the gpu port. anyway, after watching the video, i looked at my pcpartpicker list and i wanna know if the rgb version of the kraken elite necessary if i'm just gonna swap the fans out for the lian li fans? just curios. the non rgb is version is like 10 bucks cheaper on amazon and i wouldn't mind saving whatever money i can on this very expensive build haha
perfect...i finally found pc for me
thank you for amazing video! well done ❤

So you have your top fans and aio side fans as exhaust but only three intake on bottom?
The top 3 fans and 1 rear fan is exhaust, while the side and bottom fans are intake. Sorry for the late reply
