I was aware of the results before watching the video and I kept thinking "how the heck is he getting up to 3rd"? Great runs over the week-end and it all bodes well for HTF in 2023. Congrats also to Jesse for all he did in making both races which is a feat in itself!
I heard HTF and Joseph Joiner’s name mentioned several times on the radio and even by YT broadcasters covering the weeks racing on a national level. HTF is getting racing coverage on a national level which will have many new sponsors looking to spend their money for next two seasons of racing. Good Luck HTF. Great racing to Joseph and Jesse.

so true but you need to set the car for corners and i see the left front hard on the ground and if you watch the faster cars there left front is almost lifting off which loads the rear where you need the traction coming out ,I'm 71 years old and i drive a late model outlaw longhorn if you think i don't no

@@tonygreene8476 The Draime, because of lower HP, isn't as good on dry tracks that aren't bad slick because it doesn't loose traction as easy.

JD with the "Where did you come from?" line 😂. Great moment to catch on camera. That scramble feeling is the worst. When something is broke and you don't have time to fix it. It's the only time in life where you feel like you hopped in a time machine to a few hours later with no idea how you got there. Bet the crew felt like that. Big season, this Longhorn is killer at podiums, good things coming.

Great weekend for Joseph. The only repeat face on the podium for the two nights. He should run all of the XR races next year because he seems to shine in that series. Had great runs in the XR races at Gondik Law also.

I agree they look good running with XR. But idk if they can run the season. XR runs on lots of new tracks for them and makes some long hauls out west for a young team

Only been following you guys for two years, but, the progress you've made has been awesome & fun to watch. There is something to that Draime engine. I think you do better in those longer races with it. Great job you guys are going to win one of these soon.
The Draime is definitely at advantage on a slick track like that because it is less HP but can put that HP down where others are spinning the tires.

Gotta say that was exciting to watch! Didn't look good for awhile but Joseph kept digging and never quit. That is how you win the big races. HECK YEAH!!!!! I find it hard to believe that I am watching the same race team that I watched last year!!! Joseph used to be really good only if he started up front!!! Now, he is out there passing people like he is Davenport or Overton. From 15th to 3rd and these are some of the best racers in the country!!! I am so IMPRESSED!!!! It appears that you guys now have much more equal equipment than ever before and Joseph is proving that he knows what to do with a real hot rod!!!! What a job by the whole team. Jesse will get better the more he's out there. Just looked like the Dale just had too many ponies for that slick track and it just wasn't hooked to the track. Joseph did one heck of a job battling to the end. That's why you never give up just keep digging hard to the end.

The Longhorn demonstrated that this TEAM knows what they are doing. To jump in a new chassis and understand how to get the tires to stick, is simply unbelievable. Time to change the inventory, take sponsor dollars, and purchase a couple of new motors. You just earned a podium with JD and BO. Back to back third place finishes to end 2022, this team has come so far and with less than what is needed. I am blown away at the effort and drive that each of you guys put in to this. To win one, just one of these races is harder than people realize. The longhorns seems to have already shown that the move to it was the best thing. Now do you think it might elevate gator bait? I'm joking, he also has come so far in a short time. Great job guys.

My 3rd time watching this! Joseph actually came from 15th! That's some of the best driving I have seen from Joseph and the team to stay calm and get the car fixed! If not for lining up on the outside a few times he would had had a shot! #10 HTF was bad fast on the bottom! Love it

I'm glad they reset that green tire at the inside of turn 1/2 after Jesse's hot laps! Looked like it was about in the low groove when Jesse was running.

Jesse doesn't need to be driving the super. He would learn so much faster and easier in a crate car!
And Joseph needs to work on his restarts and starts, he is always a car or two behind that's gotta be fixed. I will give him credit he makes up for it on the long distance runs
Once he figures out the SLM the crate will be easier. Crate is all about constancy. With the SLM you can make up time with couple good corners. Crates all going same speed.
