@@panitosato9976 Oh I have the same beans from a different roaster, and I haven't gotten it to taste as good as I was hoping when compared to some other beans from wilton benitez I have had in the past. What was your brew method and what grinder did you use?
Bonus points for putting prices front and center. Some shops make you ask the cashier for prices. Providing brewed samples is obviously more costly but could be done occasionally. Personally it would very likely push me to purchase if I liked it.
For me just having a card with info next to the coffee is enough. Or even someone just going through the differences if they have time is also great. Smelling the coffee not sure, I would personally not care for it but maybe others might . Also I wouldn’t want someone pressing their face against a bag of coffee, I might later want to buy.
Brian, you straight up failed part of the assignment...you stand up there at that beautiful shop and you fail to show it off? What gives...nobody wants to look at a coffee bag display the whole vid. As a former coffee chain exec, I love shop prep and showcasing like the next, but damn--give us some 'shop pron' homey
My pet peeve is when cafes don't have the beans from their brew menu available for retail and vice versa.
I bought a bag of decaf here. Very tasty. Best i had so far.
which one did you buy?
