    Thank you Ross for this awesome review! I had no idea T9 did that much. We’ve been using this stuff for over a year in the RV as a dry lube. Once sprayed on it’s one of the longest lasting products we’ve used but had no idea it also did everything else you covered! Now we love it even more!

    We're fans of Fluid Film, a 3 pk on Amazon runs about $10 a can. Put it on metal surfaces, turns rust almost black and it did wonders with our faded patio furniture, even treated wood with it. Will have to give T9 a try tho.

      @@RVTIPSANDTRAVELS Its amazing on a lot of things but especially rust. When it hits rust, it penetrates it and turns it a very dark coffee, almost black, color and stops the rust dead in its tracks.

    • @RVTIPSANDTRAVELS

      T9 coats the rust, essentially blocking out the oxygen so it doesn’t continue to rust.

    Near or above freezing it sounds like great stuff. But does the product loose some or all of its benefits the colder it gets. Pennsylvania has warm winters. And trailer mechanisms are not used much in cooler weather. I’d like to know how well the product behaves as the temperatures drop to say -40 (a common benchmark) before I’d use it on more serious items such as machinery or vehicles in real cold weather.

    • @RVTIPSANDTRAVELS
      @RVTIPSANDTRAVELS  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question, we dont get that low in PA, but here is what I found on the technical data section of their site:
      Adhesion at low temperatures: flaking less than 1/32″ at -40±5K (MIL-O-16173D).

    • @RVTIPSANDTRAVELS
      @RVTIPSANDTRAVELS  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      honestly Marcos, $19 for a can does seem a little much, but its replacing a dry lube, a lithium grease, and a can of wd 40 or PB Blaster, all 3 will be more than $19. Additionally, this stuff works great. Its worth it, in my opinion. I dont know of anything, more or less expensive, that will replace Boeshield T-9.
