One of most recent is Mckenna who has just been promoted with Ipswich. Some people say hes ready for the jump but many others disagree. Also, with the Transfer rumours heating up, Man United are Continuously linked with Frimpong but a new name that is doing the rounds is Atalantas Ederson. We saw improvement last season .we won a trophy and in the top four under ETH. This is a vicious circle if we take another manager then we take on POC or McKenna they will be in the same predicament as ETH so will they also get the sack? ETH achieved in the past give him the chance now with new owners and then decide . I can guarantee ETH will turn this around with new players and will finally remove the left over toxicity of past players that are still around. We need to sign only 4 quality players for next season CB, LB, CDM, ST. Sell Casemiro and Lindelof from the current squad, sell Antony if possible or send him on a loan and sell the players out of the squad like DVB, Hannibal, Pellestri,...etc. And next season we get more quality and get rid of more deadwood. We have to be patient it can take more than 5 years to build a strong squad.

From LVG, to Mourinho, to Ole at the wheel, to ETH and now to Mackenna who was part of Ole's failed team. Are we aiming for progression or otherwise? What has Mackenna done to replace ETH? Don't see any positives if Mackenna really gets appointed. He will fail like all before him.

Frimpong is most certainly a player we should be going for, if we can get him. One awful game where he was told to play as a RW/striker (terrible call by Alonso) doesn't change the fact that he's a great player.

If you don't want Frimpong, then you've forgotten how Evra played. Evra would have played as a wingback if he were playing today. Frimpong would add another dimension to our attack, which is really needed.

Mckenna hasn't done anything that Eddie Howe didn't do on his way up. Actually Howe achieved more in the lower leagues with Bournemouth.
You don’t or shouldn’t go from managing Ipswich in the lower leagues to managing United or Chelsea. He needs at least a season in the premier league, see how that goes then see about one of the big jobs

I think a decision should be made on ETH's future after the Cup final. Not based on the result as City are a better team. However it should be based on his tactics and just the general performance of the team. If they can't get up for the game then I'd be concerned.
