@undeadgil His guitar tech is probably turning on a harmonizer pedal or patch off stage. A lot of guitarists have their tech do all the effect switch ons so they can focus on their playing.

What they are using here (like most people) is a pre-recorded track with the beat, the chorus voices, and, in this case, the keyboard parts and the guitar harmony parts. That's what they're hearing in their headphones, and what we're hearing mixed with their instruments and voices which are live.
As a matter of fact, Lexxi was upping the volume on his amp because his bass wasn't getting through. The thumping sound you hear is from Satchel's guitar.
