Today, I'm installing the BMS spacers on the BMW M240i. These are the 12mm spacers from BMS (Burger Motor Sports). Trying to get a more flushed look before I settle on new shoes for the car. Took about 45 minutes to throw these on and overall a simple install!

Just wanted to say thank you for the videos, pushed me to start making changes to my car. Also wanted to let everyone else know that I installed 15mm on my m240xi, non staggered with stock suspension and have no rubbing issues.
Did you have any trouble with the fenders, any rub or issues with fitment?
Awesome video, im a technician for BMW myself and fair to say you know your stuff :) just wondering what do you do for your job/lifestyle? I'm a curious guy :) btw all BMW wheel bolts are 17mm and the torque spec is 140NM :)
Thanks Chris! I just enjoy learning about cars and DIY'ing mods. So far, I find it is one of the most fun/expensive hobbies a person can have lol

Is it better to put aftermarket wheels or go with a bigger tire in the rear to fill up the wheel well or can you put it on M2 wheels? Personally I think 18's are great way more cost-efficient than 19's cuz you just going to burn up your tires anyways from Spirited driving. Great car I'm seriously looking at a m240 great vids keep up the good work.
Thanks Steve! I think actual M2 wheels are too aggressive to fit the M240i arches, but they do make reps that fit perfectly. Other than that, aftermarket wheels are definitely the way to go if you wanna beef them up with some good tires over the stock setup
Lol, so far, same mods as I did- Dinan, same size of spacers, black kidney grill, carbon spoiler etc.
Can you include the tools you use ??
I have a 320D with the same spoiler black grills and 20mm spacers on rear 15mm on the front and it sits so sick 😷

Are any of the included bolts locking type? Considering the upgrade but don’t want to lose the security of the locking wheelnuts!
Unfortunately not. Those are sold separately. I'm considering it as well since I plan to get a new set of wheels in the future

Thanks for another great video. Any reason why you use the same size for front and read. Is 12mm quite flush in the front? I am about to pull the trigger on these for my M240i as well but can't decide which size to use front and rear. Thanks.
Thanks, Zikolaii! I went with 12mm all around because I knew for sure I wouldn't be poking with that setup. If I could do it again, I would probably go with 15mm front and 12mm rear. The rear is quite flush while the fronts could stand to poke a little more. Hope this helps!

I have the same BMS spacers. Nice! I went 12mm on the rear and 10mm in the front. 340i M-Sport
Yup affordable and easy mod to get some pretty good results for a more aggressive look!
Any rubbing at all after fitting the spacers? what are the tyre sizes on those stock 18 inch wheels?
Hey Matt. No rubbing issues at all. I'm still on stock suspension setup so I doubt it would rub even with larger spacers. The stock widths are 225 F and 245 R

Shundel...I came across your video and wanted to know if the spacers have given you any problems with the handling or riding. I want to do that to my car but I don’t want to take a gamble and have handling issue.
