    why are the flames orange? can you adjust the air intake to make it blue?

      Sorry about that, rookie mistake with the burner plate upside down. The tabs of the burner plate should be pointed upwards, this video doesn't show the tabs because the plate is upside down. It had fallen out when I was moving things around and I mistakenly installed it upside down. In my other videos with the high pressure regulator upgrade, the plate is installed correctly and the flames are nice and blue. Thank you so much for watching and commenting.

      If you want your wok to have a great flavor it's worth it.

    Hey what burner are you using? Would you recommend it?

      Yes, I would recommend this burner, it has great heat, and I can easily get the Chinese take out taste with my dishes. The pork fried rice tastes really good now - just like back in the 1980's old days when I was a dish washer at Lajoy Chinese Restaurant, and the old Chinese cooks would make me my after work meals. I learned a how to make from scratch a bunch of dishes from the old grand mother. My goal has been to replicate those dishes with this wok/burner setup.
      With this burner, the only problem I had was in the beginning - when I was installing the burner's pressure regulator - the burner's pressure regulator does not work with USA propane exchange cylinder valves. I had to source out a Mr Heater regulator and barbed hose fitting from my local home center hardware store.

    Soapy water for final rinse??

      Actually the final rinse wash was with the "just water" sprayer bottle. Yeah, I must have edit into the next scene early. Thanks for pointing that out, but yes, do use just water as a final rinse.
