Hello...please hit those LIKE & SUBSCRIBE buttons!!!! Thanks.
I had a bunch of these models from the mid-80s which got lost during separation/divorce etc. Now I regret losing them more than the wife! Lovely job.
Time to restock!!!
Nice job! I love Ma.k and I’ll likely pick this one up soon
First!
Also this isn’t showing up on your videos for some reason, only in your playlist, boss.
Also also I finally got my copy of With or Without 🤙🏻outstanding work!
That was because it was loading and not available to public yet. Thanks for the book.
thats very cool very nice weathering ,I think the only off is that the canopy have no weathering on it? Anyway i have done tons of them all these years i recommend you to get the Falke and the Ground crew i have done 1 but i was so impressed by the size and what else you can add to it and i found cheap and got two of them for my stash :P
Good point in the canopy. Thanks.
Love these models, but they're just too much money
😪👍
Understandable, but really not much different that a new tool armor kit these days.
If you heat your guitar strings til they're cherry red and let them cool, it'll anneal them and allow you to really pose them 🙂
crazy, everything just fits. Top notch 👍
Thank you, Detlev.
Love the camouflage it looks very organic.
Thank you.
You probably heard this before but your voice sounds a little like Steve Buscemi. No offense meant, I always thought Steve has a unique tone and delivery that suits voice-overs really well
Haven't heard that before. I guess I'm ok with it?
Looks fantastic Rick !!! Really enjoy your videos.
Glad you like them!
Unusual subject, but great work on the painting!
Thank you very much!
Very nice build! Great camo. That's some type of recon device on top. Not a propeller.
Thanks 👍
Fun kit enjoyed the build!!
Glad you enjoyed it
I've been considering taking the plunge with MaK, and this video has only made that urge stronger. Thanks (I think)!
You should, John. These kits are a lot of fun.
Well done
thank you.
Booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooring! Spice up your modelling man, think outside the box.
Ok? Do you have any specific suggestions? How about you share a link to your modeling work so that I can see what "spice up" & "out of the box" modeling looks like. Learn from your examples. Thanks for watching, and for your comment.
@@RickLawlerPropagandaYour getting better when the filth of the internet starts finding you, so see this as a compliment :D.
Ontopic, as i live near the SMC (scale model Challenge), i see the best painters of the world coming here to compete, and basically every year, one of these models is among them.
To my way of thinking there would be regolith (lunar rock and dust) on all horizontal surfaces because the Moon has no atmosphere to speak of and any dust and rocks kicked up by movement and combat would fall strait down again unless given momentum other than vertical by various things like missed shots and movement of walking machines. And it will gather on anything in it's way so it would make easy or hard depending on your point of view. Also, because there is no oxygen there would be no rust, with the exception of corrosive liquids like fuel spills, there simply will be no rust. unless it is a vehicle that enters oxygen environments like a space dock that maintains a breathable atmosphere.
I considered many of those factors. In the end, what we portray in our models - including sci-fi - must be somewhat based on "our" realities for it to make sense - or read to the viewer. For instance, you are correct about the gravity aspect, however, to show some sort of wear-n-tear the weathering needs to be somewhat familiar...thus, oil stains dripping downward. At the same time, since it is fantasy, yes, perhaps these forces were housed in earthlike atmospheric facilities underground and thus susceptible to earth-type Thaks weathering effects. Thanks for your observations and I'll look forward to seeing how you will tackle this type of subject.
Great build.
thank you.
came out great!
Thanks, Glenn
Fantastic project, well explained and an impressive result!
Cheers from Holland!
Thank you! Cheers!
super!!!
Thank you! Cheers!
Howdy Rick.
You've got some great material on here. You do amazing work.
Thank you, Scott.
Looks amazing. I love what people do with sci fi content. Imagination takes over.. I love it. Well done!
Glad you enjoy it!
Turned out great!
I've wanted to do one of those kits for a long while now...they are just WAY TOO expensive (for me).
They can cost, but are also a lot of fun to build. Some of the smaller models are less expensive.
@@RickLawlerPropaganda Well it's such a cool kit, with endless ways to paint/weather it. I'll just continue to keep my eye out for a good deal!
MaK is so fun because you can do whatever you want.
Yep...it was a very enjoyable project.
Great builds..Great techniques
Thanks a bunch!
Your pilot position is wrong, your out leg supports are also inverted.Nice try.
thanks for the feedback
I like them, but they are needlessly expensive.
I will spend my money on Tamiya. We are.
Thanks for watching.
