I live in Japan and compact scissors are super common since most students use them. This makes me want to go pick up a pair lol
oh wow, I didn't realize how common they were among students in Japan! I can see why, as they're so convenient and easy to fit in any setup! 🤩
@@joyofstationery yeah! And I did grab a pair haha thanks for the influence, they are so handy for journaling on the go
Beautiful favorites! The Wild Unknown is a good one.🖤
thank you so much, yes love the Wild Unknown! they're just so beautiful 😍
I love tarot too! Such a good self reflection tool for me, I love how it gets me to think about my life in new ways I wouldn't have otherwise.
You might like the spark matchsticks too, "spark creativity", "spark happiness" for a similar kind of journaling prompt thing. I've been thinking of checking them out!
Yes, I feel the same way about tarot! it's so helpful with self reflection, and I love what you said about getting us to think about our lives in ways we may not have otherwise. I will definitely need to check out the spark matchsticks, it sounds right up my alley! 🥰
I'm a huge fan of the Washi Tape Shop and I love those falling leaves! I have that one and the hygge set (which is very cosy-cold weather related).
The hygge set was my introduction to the Washi Tape Shop and the first one I ever ordered! Yay, I love your taste hehe! 🥰the falling leaves one is so great to have
Oh you have such wonderful journaling things- thank you for sharing. Especially the LE RIGHT, LE COW - Cover. The cover you presented in your "august/autumn archives" is exactly my "cup of tea". He is the only maker who offers such functional AND beautiful, very special designs- as far as I have seen. I will get one in the future- not that I need yet another cover☺🙈. Oh No!😅
aw thank you so much Janette! I agree with you, LeCow LeRight does such an amazing job with these customizable functional and beautiful covers ~ please do share if you ever get one (I hear you, it's so hard for me to resist getting a new cover 😅), hopefully it's one that you won't regret getting! 🥰
Beautiful video ❤
thank you so so much dear Exa! 🥰❤
Had this video in my watch later just to have something playing while I’m catching up on my Hobonichis :) Thank you 🩵
Edit: How comfortable are the compact scissors? I bought a similar size one a few months ago but I could never get a grip of them well because of how small it is.
Yay I'm so glad it was able to keep you company while you were catching up on your hobonichis! The compact scissors are quite small it's true ~ I have found them pretty comfortable so far, but it may also be because my hands are quite petite too 😂 I will say that depending on what I need to cut, I do sometimes need to go for regular scissors instead, so I've found them the most useful just for quickly cutting some washi tape, or small crafting bits here and there ❤
Still love moody florals, too! I bought a black rockabilly dress with purple roses on it only this year 😂 Also yes, I love the Kaweco Student as well, particularly for writing on Tomoe River Paper. I‘ve got the 20s Jazz (brown) and the 60s Swing (green). ❤
Edit: “Kleid” is pronounced like “clyde” (German here; “Kleid” means “dress”).
Yes to moody florals, and your dress sounds amazing!! 😍🌹and I’ve been looking at both those kaweco student colors for a while now! Must figure out which to get next hehe… also that’s so helpful to hear about the pronunciation of Kleid, thank you thank you! 🥰
