Bronx Productions he does it in his editing software, I use Sony Vegas so all I do is hold control and drag on the source clip. Don't know if it's the same on final cut I think he uses
Bronx Productions just film something like a sunset or whatever, use a tripod or equivalent and then speed it up in your video editor.
Some cameras have specific time lapse modes that save you from doing that, but speeding it up in post is the way if your camera doesn't have that function.

So much people go undiagnosed w/mental illness bcuz the stigmas, when all these feelings are perfectly normal & treatable. U wouldn't "tough it out" thru a broken arm or cancer & mental illnesses are the same.

Now I've been holding a job for 5 years & improving relationships w/ people. "Know thyself" they say. I go to therapy, I'm not on meds cuz they made me feel worse to be honest.
Louis de la hay for me "therapy" or whatever was forced on my by my narcissist mother as a way of gaslight. That's why I can't stand it tbh, it just makes me feel worse. I isolate myself too, because anxiety is a bitch. And I don't have anything i like to do... the only positive thing is that i have a job, even though i hate it.
