Hey Sebastian, Unforunately the game hasn't caught up to RL policing in certain situations like Mr.Truck-Wood's. He would have been detained since he did Refuse to Identify Himself to you & a Finger Print Scanner would have been requested out there so you could get his real identity. I am kind of surprised he didn't get 10-15 for the Failure To Identify | Obstruction. In regards to Mr.Rodriguez I probably would have requested a Cover Unit prior to approaching his SUV since you did know his DL was suspended. You just never know if someone might be Armed or he/she may attempt to flee from you so if you got a cover unit you both could have identified yourselves, let him know the reason(s) for the stop & then asked him to step out of his vehicle so you both could talk about the issue(s). Then let him know his DL came back Suspended & then talk about his Movement inside the Vehicle. Then asked him if there was anything illegal on him or in his vehicle & then you or your backup could do the Searches. Loved the Episode as always, keep up the amazing amazing content!!
