ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Any type of Role Play the best ones are ones that involve personal attention to you, examinations, face brushing ect
Watching someone draw or paint
Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together
Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.

I dont know, this mostly inaudible whispering is extremely annoying to me. It's strange since intense whispering is my favorite asmr trigger. But he is smacking more and is Making pop sounds then he is whispering. It's a shame but i can't watch it without getting really mad 😂
I'd wish he would do more videos where he's just whispering normal and not like he is doing it here. Like in the jelly beans video or the one he colored that picture in, i really love those!

I usually like ASMR but this is just too quiet. When the whispering too quiet it's actually extremely grating and makes me very uncomfortable rather than relaxed. Also the tongue-clicking is terribly grating.
