عارضی لائسنس نہیں ہوتا۔ البتہ کسی خاص کیس میں عدالت یعنی ہائیکورٹ آپ کو اجازت دے سکتی ہے ۔ مگر اس کے لیے متفرق درخواست دینی ہوگی۔
