I’m glad you still have your current name, Sasha. You are so much more than just oats (I use date paste *just* because of you!) and I think you’ll feel MUCH freer to pursue the recipes you want if you keep your current name. But obviously, you should do whatever you want!
Thanks again for all your awesome recipes!

I make allot of your recipes, especially the pumpkin loaf, but I don’t use egg. Instead I add a tablespoon of tapioca flour, 2 tablespoons chia seeds and 2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons ground flax seed and 2 large tablespoons of organic hulled hemp seeds. Thanks for sharing your recipe ideas.

These cookies sound very interesting Sasha! We don't use pumpkins quite so prolifically here in the UK, but I am starting to see them more and more in the supermarkets here nowadays, however, I have never seen pumpkin puree in the shops here, so I would have to make my own. Maybe I will give this a go someday! As always, a great video, TFS and have a great week! 👍💖

Just cut in half, scoop out seeds (Roast seeds if desired.). Oil baking dish, oil pumpkin halves inside AND outside. Place cut sides down in baking dish, uncovered, at around 325° till tender. Great rich flavor. Very filling. Yummy in savory or sweet presentations!

Nice idea ,I like your style. Maybe I will do some "experiment" in such manner.

      @@HowToCookSmarter Well,in some sense I am not.
however (altought many times I am doing a lot of useless things) , I like that something has its usage, purpose, meaning, goal ...understand what I mean?
Especially when it comes to food, and I care a lot about that, with respect and gratitude for nature's and life's gifts...:)
So,if those are some kind of protein cookies or something like that, energy bars, fiber "add-ons" or etc. - that would be alright.
      However,its not a bad idea,as I've said.
But,vou have a lot of other great recipes and ideas, and one can learn a lot from you, beside cooking ....

Copy and recipe from the description then paste it into a word processor, any word processor will do. I personally use LibreOffice Writer because of the nutty flavor, but Microsoft Word will work just fine. After that you can print your recipe on a lined A4 baking sheet, but 8.5x11 will work too. Slice into 9 equal pieces and enjoy!
