    How do you think they would handle residential garage doors?

      Honestly, there's just no substitute for a gas powered 14" at the moment. These don't have the cutting depth nor power to make a decent cut on a residential garage door IMO. I'd leave these on the rig if that was my assignment. Light forcible entry, they're great; for any other big job (vent or overhead door opening, etc), the gas saws are just way better. Just my two cents.

    It over heats because it's less voltage and the motor is too small to run that type of tool on only 18V. How can one that over heats be considered the better one? Tell a fireman it's not a big deal as he's trying to save someone in a car.
