Okay, to whoever formats these things in the editing phase? You deserve so much credit! This episode was much more crisp and enjoyable with the LP counters and face cams on screen and the pop up cards to read between each move! Very nice!
Editing is the most time consuming part! They did do a good job!

@@exzyyd392 The hardest part about Dice Jar for me is always following it up with another 2k.
I've actually done that at locals with mystic mine and that six along with dice jar. It feels good lol. Then finish them off with secret barrel or gravediggers trap hole

I always loved luck based decks ever since I watched Joey played with one during the duel city tournament so watching this brought a lot of nostalgia and I love it

Life has teach me that probabilities and odds don't mean anything, and this match has reinforced that idea

I never thought about it, but it would make sense if Duke used a dice-based deck.
@@aydenh.6355 Uh, he did. In his two duels in the anime, he used Dice Based card effects.
Also, his Orgoth, the Relentless, was given a dice based effect in real life.

The fact that Paul can’t flip a coin made this video that more enjoyable cuz Alec was basically sealing his own doom.

I haven't been into Yu-Gi-Oh in about 15 years now, but this looked like the funnest game I've ever witnessed. I mainly play MTG (I found you guys when Paul did a colab with Tolnarian College). Team APS is so entertaining even though I'm not remotely into Yu-Gi-Oh anymore. I would love to play that dice rolling deck any day lol.
Also those heavy heavy metal dice and coins falling on cards gave me mega anxiety.

This is kinda what I was hoping for when I began playing Duel Links.
Getting to duel people with their own different decks they choose to focus on, with gimmicks to have a variety of fun and different duels.
Needless to say, I had the wrong expectations.
This is something that I’ve wanted to see for decades, thanks, I hope that Konami creates more luck-based archetypes.

old school is worthless, joey beatdown was never fun i'd rather play combo decks and make the most outta every card rather than just hide behind a vanilla garbage monster for 10+ turns like a coward

Coins are better than dice for me just because it’s technically more consistent
While coins have a 1 in 2 chance, I just feel like dice effects are stronger (than coin effects) in yugioh at least after watching this video (and I'm aware we didn't get to see every card).
According to the law of probability, it's not clean cut a 50% chance with coins or 1/6 chance with dice--This is only true in optimal conditions. The likelihood for CONSISTENCY is actually lower for coin tosses but better for dice rolls.
@@dracmeister I was just saying there’s less card effects. Not just probability. Like machine type 6 has 6 outcomes. But you might be able to tell what’s happening with 2 optiona

this duel reminds me of going to Choctaw casino months where i put in $40 and got all the way up to $305 before losing it all within 20 minutes. you guys should play more fun gimmicky decks like these.

I really hate how the These days Yu gi oh is played with pendulum and all this and that, but this is one of the best Yu gi oh games i've ever seen and i really wish there was some online decklists i could check out and build these 2 for fun with a friend!
