    And here I was wondering why Zoro Zaki has yet to clip Astel, Noah and Reid's win. Then he blessed us with this 50mins translation. Complete with switching POVs and everything.
    Edit: I swear Astel can see and hear things us normal mortals simply cannot even perceive.

      Lol I was watching live on my phone, was like huh... I guess the quality wasn't good enough for me to see/hear some of the shit
      Watching it again on my PC, I'm going, wtf, how the fuck did he see/hear them? He's somehow perceiving things that I can't perceive despite the ability to go back to a previous point in the footage lmao

    That final confrontation with Yukio is the most anime thing ever:
    Astel sees him across the map, immediately opens fire
    Yukio dodges stunning Astel with his movement
    Noah says it's Yukio just as he charges with his jumppad
    Astel truly is a hero.

      I didn't realize it during the Tourney, but watching this clip of Yukio's movement was insane. His timing on the air strafe was also real nice.

    for those who didnt quite catch the 2nd match, let me break it done to you.
    during scrims(practice matches) teams make a area known as their landmark or landing spot and most competitors kinda respect other competitor's land spot so they avoid conflict like early game eliminations. players do this not only in the jp apex scene but also in the west where people like albralelie explain on his stream

    He really deserved this win so much. I'm glad that he finally is winning all the recognition he should have on the Apex community.
    Hopefully, this will just be the start of a great road of Astel on this tournaments arc!

    Thank you for this massive sub as always! You know I expected them to place high but I didn't expect them to take the win so I'm really happy they won. But it was also sad that a lot of people flocked to yukio's stream to hate him for dropping with Astel's team even though there are no rules that say otherwise. It was very annoying.

    • @Pepe-dq2ib
      @Pepe-dq2ib 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It was still a douche move. Even pros RARELY do that unless they have no chance of winning and have beef with a winning team. They'll drop on the winning team, where they are most vulnerable and potentially ruin their tournament for keks.

    Thank you so much for the 50min clip and tl! This was really such an amazing tournament for them and it was so exciting to watch live, but your tls let me understand what was happening a lot better (in terms of their callouts, and their discussions on when to push and things like that). It's a big help to me who doesn't play Apex! Thank you also for including that disclaimer on the 2nd round, people in chat got really heated at that point. And also for the interview!
