    When i mentioned in an internet chats if Albani can reclassified ahadith in Bukhari after 1200 years then there is a possibility that in another 100 years another Albani will reclassify ahadith. They replied that he is a mujtahid and there is no time frame for mujtahid.

    Dr. Omar Ramahi-peace and greetings. Please keep up the excellent effort. I have few ? [1] the people of the book recognize this [book or messenger] as they recognize their sons-is it book or the messenger. [2] over it is nineteen ? [3] besides imam shafi who earlier introduced open wahi and hidden wahy ?[4] in chapter 53-Fakaana qaaba qawsaini and 'Inda sidratil muntaha-what does it mean. [5] Obey Allah , the messenger and those in authority-but if you differ go back to Allah and messenger-the Book-because Allah has not left any thing out. thanks from pink panther until we meet again and this case is sol-ved -:)

    Salam Dr. Omar Ramahi, can you elaborate what nissaa and rajul means :) Thx

    • @OmarRamahi2019

      salam brother Ryadh. Many thanks for your question. Here is my understanding:
      Rijal always refers to those who take the initiative (i.e., leaders). Nisa implies something that comes later (i.e., does not take leadership role or initiative). This means that women can be Rijal and mean can be Nisa, depending on their role in society and their leadership. Look carefully at how Allah mentions Rijal in the Hajj verses.

      My Opinion is like yours but I wasn't really sure. Okay, I will look up the verses and give you some of mine understandings later. Peace

      Salam Brother, I've found another example that shows that the word nisaa is totally straighten by the trad. Arabs. If you read 2:222, it talks about "women" and the "menstruation". The root word for "menstruation" is 7YDH or "7DH" and has many meanings, for example "to pure himself" or something that "flows". The word is also be found in 65:4. The whole Vers is totally wrong translated in my opinion.

      @@OmarRamahi2019 Salam Brother Omar,
      do not the menstruation related verses show that nisaa' has to mean women in general?

    • @OmarRamahi2019
      @OmarRamahi2019  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@manndesfriedens5248 not at all. Nisaa has several closely-related meanings, but the final meaning depends on the context. Women in general were named "nisaa" due to a certain feature related to the order of the creation of the female.

    1:10:10 - Qasaas? is that Qisaas? what I understand from Qisaas is NOT PUNISHMENT.. it is THE STORY. Al-QISAAS means THE STORIES. what stories? the stories of the EVENT, the chain of event, the chronology of events, THAT IS AL-QISAAS. The Quran is very specific in the WORD. Nothing can be drawn from Al-QISAAS as the PUNISHMENT. But if you render the WORD with its roots and meaning. We can see that THE WORD QISAAS stems from the word Qaf sod sod.
    What does it mean? IT IS what we call today THE JUDICIARY system. What is actually in the CENTER of all JUDICIARY SYSTEM?? it is THE STORY. That is the CENTREFOLD of a HEARING. To hear the STORY!
    Al-Qisaas does not mean RETALIATION or RETRIBUTION. IT IS ABSURD. This is the first KUTIBA ALAIKUM in surah AL-BAQARAH! why?? cause you could NOT uphold JUSTICE if the Al-QISAAS or the JUDICIARY SYSTEM is not in place. Correct me if I AM WRONG and i would like people to challenge me on this meaning of Al-QISAAS. prove me wrong.

    • @OmarRamahi2019

      Qisas (as in stories) is different from Qasas (as in taking something out of something else). Qasas comes from Qassa, meaning to take something out of something else, or to diminish something. Yes, Qasas is different from Iqab (punishment or retribution).
