I loved the movie “Courageous”. Former UGA Football Coach Mark Richt made a cameo appearance. It was produced by two brothers from a South Georgia Baptist Church. They also produced a couple of other Christian based movies that were very successful. I truly enjoy y’all’s show by the way!!! Tell Uncle Si to come down to Northeast Georgia and go deer hunting with me and my boys, we would like be to have him as our guests sometimes.

I know this was awhile back, but I just wanted to say I love this podcast. I also love the Chosen. It's at season 3 episodes 5 so far. Last week I cried when he healed Veronica. She said all I have to do is touch his garment. She did and he said who touched me? I loved it when he calls her daughter. That made me cry. It was sad and beautiful all at the same time. Jesus told her thank you for blessing me. That just made me ball even more. 😭🤗😘🥰✝️🕊 Like you said, I already knew what was going to happen, but to see it unfold like that just touches your heart even more. I can only imagine what it's going to be like when we get to Heaven. ❤❤❤❤❤✝️🕊

Monkey’s Blood (known as, due to its' color), more commonly known as Mercurochrome (trade name for merbromin, a compound containing mercury and bromine) or Merthiolate (trade name for thimerosal, a compound containing mercury and sodium). It was an antiseptic that burned like crazy, dyed your skin reddish orange and contained mercury. Oh and for seven decades parents loved the stuff. On October 19, 1998, citing potential for mercury poisoning, the Food and Drug Administration reclassified merbromin from “generally recognized as safe” to “untested,” which effectively halted its distribution in the United States. I honestly do not know how we survived. Ate a lot of tuna, swabbed all wounds with Monkey's Blood, drank water from various sources, followed the 10 second rule, no sunscreen or bug spray, no helmets unless you were on the school's football team, no seatbelts or car seats in cars, etc.
Also used Vicks on the babies' thighs before doctor visits. Never sore from shots.
Smell the peaches, if not a strong peachy smell pass. Hard to find a good watermelon, I only love the ones with seeds, they just seem to have better flavor and are juicier to me. My favorite fruit is a Comice pear. Need a towel to catch the juices while eating, nature's candy.

Si claims his pain tolerance is 0.. but he riveted his finger and pulled it out himself.. had a heart attack didn't go to the hospital until the next day.. and so on LMAO.. 😂😂😂.. hate to see if he thought he had pain tolerance
It's funny how you guys question him so much but continue to find that he is right about do much.. He has lived many years longer then you so he has learned some things that may not be what someone else has heard of but it still worked for him without negative side effects..

My daughter gave me a piece of this KFC non meat chicken. She gave it to me and I asked,"what is this?" She told me and I was appalled on principle. Yet I had to admit it tasted like chicken.

Si did the right thing I busted the crap out of my left middle finger with a door and the "numbing" they stuck in me felt like acid was in the veins of my hand it was terrible eventually the pain went away and it numbed but it was a terrible pain for a good 30mins or longer. I was in 4th grade at the time I remember the nurse telling my mom later "he did really well he can handle pain most kids we have to put under because that stuff hurts so bad." I got kinda mad because I didn't know that was an option.

When I read the story about them putting his own brother into a hole, and then selling him into slavery, I broke down in front of my Tutor and cried. I could not believe someone would do that to their own brother.
The best part about that story is how everything worked out and there was forgiveness between the brothers. "You meant it for evil but God meant it for good."
