- Avondale police said a caregiver for an elderly woman dropped her off at a police station; no longer able to care for her. Resources are available to help caregivers.
Kudos to the caregiver for not just abandoning her to be homeless
I wish more people at breaking point would do this instead of abusing or killing their babies and elderly.
Societies can be judged by how they treat the old, the sick, and the lame.

@@damiansgaragebuilds7663 "assisted living" is not free. The government provides subsidized housing and affordable rent for low fixed income earners which is always needed but now difficult to rent. At the rate house, and rent prices are increasing every month you need to earn at least $65,000 a year which is an amount not everyone can earn. Biden's administration takes care of families with children's care, wants free Kindergarten and wants 2 years free paid college but failing to support the elderly living on a fixed income of $1,300 a month is simply unfair.
This is what happens when families are torn apart and we don't stay in touch with our cousins and aunts and hold each other accountable
You are so right. In the past, most families stayed in the same area and supported each other. Our society has stopped doing that and that seems to be the main reason we see so many sad situations for the elderly.
Not really people leave also for better job opportunities ik my state has the lowest pay rate in my career and not enough jobs

My God, I don't know the circumstances, it's just heartbreaking, she not a loved pet going to the shelter 💔 😢, and yet thousands and thousands of illegal immigrants are being flown all over the country with housing food assistance, and monthly payments, why do I know because they laugh and brag about it, hey I like helping people, but at this time in history we can't even help our own homeless, elderly and veterans, this administration with the sorros,gates,Clinton's etc,is getting what they planned, I'm just sick of it, if she were an illegal she would already have a house and a million dollars fund me account from Hollywood, seriously, I'm just mad but I thank God she was not hurt, or left at the park, I really pray and hope a church steps in ,I'm talking the multimillion dollar churches, and yes I've sent hundreds to churches, lord Jesus please help this woman know she is loved and cared about, in JESUS name Amen

I totally agree! I'm all for helping others.......but make sure HOME is taken care of first!!!! These refugees are getting better treatment than our NEEDED citizens. They are set up stress free with our tax paying dollars. Meanwhile a lot of our citizens are in dire need. It's disheartening to see and it leaves me feeling ambivalent about helping them.

Land lords want two incomes, two renters to pay. Seniors are not welcome in many states like Oregon or Arizona.
Arizona is full of senior citizens have you ever been to sun city? Theres so many 55+ only communities here in phx and the surrounding valley - senior citizens make up a large part of the population here in phx - peoria etc

That’s actually not true. You need to have a masters degree and 250 hours of supervised counseling. You should go get educated instead of saying people aren’t 😂
Sounds like you put all your problems on a social worker to work a miracle and when they couldn’t help, you have this attitude towards them.
Half of my family is cops. Other half is truckers. I have one social worker in my family. Trust me they educated.
