    he didnt mention he needs high performing parents and children

    He doesn’t mention that when he was here in Dallas his wife and kid moved back to Colorado bc he sucked as a boss so bad and I’m sure his kid heard the teachers telling the truth about miles and the fear he instilled and no leadership ability.

      And the Dallas area school district's, where he administrated, performance report says what?

    • @clayscloset2618
      @clayscloset2618 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@louiswhite805 it says he created a culture of fear and high anxiety and illness. It also says the number of teachers that left each year increased tremendously and during the year. It also says that the number of vacation days started during the first weeks in big numbers. I can go on and on. He didn’t do anything to make teachers feel led but instead fearful. One of my friends did two tours in Afghanistan and said working under miles was way more stressful and horrible.

      @@clayscloset2618 again, how did the school district perform. It's about the student's education. If they're successful the teachers will have done their jobs. If you want to be paid fairly for whatever you do, you have to be a geek, or you're just in the wrong country!

      @@louiswhite805 in the time you spent writing both those statements you could’ve just looked it up dude. So just look it up. How do you think they did when the teachers were stressed so so much and anxious all the time? He only was here three years so what is the common sense you might have tell you? there’s this new thing called the World Wide Web and of course I’m not being a smart ass.

    That going to require 100% parent participation from start to high school graduation. No less!

    Madison Highschool is the worst school ever. I was sexually assulted by a teacher and honestly I do not like how i was treated. Humanity is the worst for what i had experienced . I know evrything builds a purpose in life. I will get my ged because nobody deserves my time and energy. Education is expensive and i belive i can make it .

      All the more reason for you to support Mike and the discipline he brings to HISD. I'm very sorry this happened to you; I love you ♥ and hope and pray you live a vibrant and prosperous life despite the hate attacks on you person.
      I have a 24 year old daughter something happened to in high school and she's never recovered.

      His credentials include the two most important components; he's a parent of kids of the public system and cross training administrative experiences.

      Why not direct this question directly to Mike, instead of casting slights and of handed aspersions. Make augmentation your contribution. The children will remember you by your works, not by your antagonism of those working to their benefit.

    HISD students should not use their iPhones 📱 during their classes. It should be not allowed!!! Teachers get attacked if ask them to turn 📱off. It’s a mess

      Amen it starts at home. The conduct is awful at many schools. Teachers waste too much time dealing with conduct which keeps learning from happening.

    Support schools through effective discipline. Support teachers who are there. The teachers are not the issue. Focus on the discipline and students!! Not educators. If you get 80% of the students at the 8 percentile and we bring them up to 14 percentile, then the teacher did the job. It is hard to say if a teacher is failing. We need to focus on the student issue. There is no quick or easy solution. But hands off the teachers and support them! Stop dumping more and more on them. The issues is your raw product. That is nothing he can fix. Good luck.
