Another idea for spreading democracy with citizen service. Sovereign Guardian+ citizen service+ toxic God habitat/consecrated habitat. It makes for some crazy fortress habitats with tons of unity production & fanatic Guardian Defense Army's
To me, endless wars mean that we continuously waged wars against empires all throughout the game. It's not a challenge video to where I always need to be at war. I hope you found the video entertaining regardless

How so? The naval capacity was very useful and I had many many soldiers producing unity by the end
