Very nice Robert. In my area wells are at least 350 feet deep.Florida is known for its mild winters, however you guys do get the occasional freeze. You might want to consider building a well house, It will keep your pressure tank from freezing.
I agree with wellhouse, but everyone in that area keeps saying they never have a problem.

I grew up in that area so this segment really brought back many childhood memories of my father who brought raw land and transformed it to built our home enlisting all of these service that you used. Memories that I won’t forget. Nice peaceful area, good friendly people makes me want to move back to retire. You’ve gained a beautiful new home complete with a new dog that really can’t resist you 😆

Watching all this brings back to me the time when my future wife and I bought the piece of land we live on (for 41 years) and we had to make an entrance from the main road into our land. Seeing you get your first load of asphalt and erecting your gate and fence brings back happy memories. I hope you and Ille have as many happy memories in Pellicamp as we have had up to now in our home Robert. Sadly, because of the Covid Pandemic it looks as though we will have to sell our home in Kissimmee, Florida soon. But hopefully we will be back. Until then, I'll keep watching you. Tony.

I always enjoyed that area of Florida. We lived in Marion and Lake Counties for several years and just moved back West last Summer. FL is gorgeous and has much to offer. Our family is in CA so we are now back closer. Thanks for sharing the process of your developing your fine property!

Hot tip to locate your lines water septic drain etc is bury bailing wire about six inches deep above each line then you can metal detector and find them when repairs or modifications are needed
