- TH-cam wrongly flagged this video for "graphic content" likely because of a couple of special fx make-up gore photos that were used while Tom Savini was describing his work. For that they demonitized it and made it age restricted 18+ even after I disputed it. Sucks because it had 15k+ views already. Oh well it is what it is. Nothing has changed except a few photos edited.
It's been a long time since we rocked and rolled but we are back! This time with the Master of Splatter himself Mr. Tom Savini! We get caught up on things that annoy us with a healthy helping of our Get Off My Lawn! segment. Get caught up on the movies and shows we've been watching. Can't get the views back up when pertinent info about a lawsuit was scrubbed. That was the meat and potatoes of the video. Savini breaking his silence on the crap Gun Media was pulling.
TH-cam is funny like that. It’s probably because there are 1000s of servers and something went wrong with indexing the new videos. I’ve had this happen too.
I actually met Tom for the first time at the Crypticon Kansas City show back in 2019, and you guys are right. The upper balcony where all the celebs were placed overlooked a professional basketball court where all the vendors were located. Meeting Tom was the highlight of the weekend!!
Tom Savini should have won an Oscar for his work on Day of the Dead.

I live about 2 minutes from the lamp movie theatre. I about jumped out of my chair when it came up!!! They actually just restored it a few years ago and had a diner from pittsburgh transported and attached to the side its pretty cool! When i went there even in the 90s it was such a dump haha.

Tom Savini was one of the Great pioneers alongside Dick Smith and shall I say, Lon Chaney Sr.! Thank you for another AWESOME episode. Don’t know why i laugh ever time I’ve seen it now but at the 11:44 min mark Chris repeats how Sean says schtickers! It’s like a Freudian slip but laughed my ass off. Love it and yes the little things amuse me😜
I lived in East Liberty off of Larimer Ave in Pittsburgh and seen Tom Savini at Home Depot while I was waiting to be picked up to go do a job but it was early in the morning and I didn't want to bother him so I didn't talk to him.
I remember hearing William Butler tell unflattering stories about Tom Sizemore on another podcast I listen to. They almost threw hands apparently. But then when Tom passed, Lisa Wilcox spoke highly of him. Hit or miss fellow I guess.

Things can be impossible in movies, but when you take a movie like Halloween, which is supposed to be realistic and a knife can hold a body straight up on a wall through the stomach, it's a bit ridiculous. The POV scene at the beginning makes no sense either. Tom is right. I don't agree that Halloween is a bad movie, though. There are just some things that don't make sense from a reality perspective and could have been done better.

Did you delete the previous video, or is it just unlisted? I ask, because you can actually go into TH-cam Studio, click “Editor”, and then just blur out the images. At that point, TH-cam will lift the restriction and it’ll become monetized again 👍🏻

Wasn't TH-cam. Was Gun Media/Gun Interactive. As soon as the lawsuit was brought up on their Reddit they took the post down and within minutes the video disappeared off TH-cam.
What's THE THING item behind Christopher in his workshop? It's on an animatronic turn wheel type thing. I wonder if that's a commercial item to buy or a private item someone made for him (or if he made it himself)?
It was a piece he made for a The Thing art exhibit.

If anybody can shed some light, I feel it could be you. What is the model chainsaw that Leatherface uses in the original The Texas Chainsaw Massacre?

The synthesizer score for HALLOWEEN is the only reason that movie has endured, the POWER of MUSIC is for real🫵 Debra Hill( Producer) thought the movie sucked, and injecting the infamous bongo rhythm into the main melody, gave it life💀 It’s so funny to hear Tom Savini hate on Halloween, it does suck, and the sequel was the beginning of pure suckage and here we are today with a freakin train wreck of a movie Halloween 3 was the best one. 😂😂😂
