What you want to do is try as many as you can to see what you find the most return on your investment of time. Certainly not needed to have millions of followers to monetize your account. Talking from experience. I actually had a client, who was monetizing quite well an account with 200 followers. Very informative video. 😉
I grew my account from 400 followers to 40K in the last 9 days and it’s growing around 4-6k a day as we speak. It was supposed to be more of a funny account but it quickly turned negative as far as people complaining, even though it drives a lot of engagement. I’ve since removed some reels and cleaned it up a bit to redirect the page while I still can to make it less less negative and more positive. I think I can sell some merch just lost on how to monetize as I don’t make any original videos. I repost with permission from original creator. I’ll probably hit 100k early next month if not by end of the month and a little lost. If you’re curious, I was posting 6 times a day every day for 2 months straight before it took off from some controversial reels. At the time I didn’t know the video would take off but it did and hit 4M views today. It’s been pushed down on my page quite a bit and will archive it soon as I’d like my page to have less drama.
