    I have had Soap Maker for about 5 months now and I had no idea about the resize… All of this was great info and I truly appreciate the tutorial even if I knew a lot of the info. But I did learn a couple things and that is always a great thing. I appreciate you!

    I've had soap maker 3 for a few years now . I wish I could hire someone to enter all the information for me
    :( it's so overwhelming. I have so much packaging and ingredients 😂. I would seriously pay someone to set it all up! Thank you for sharing, once you get it set up it really does help with inventory control and cost of goods!

      I'm sorry to hear you find it overwhelming! Have you considered simplifying your recipes or removing options that you don't sell a lot of? This can be really helpful in alleviating some of that overwhelm.

      @@TheSoapGal ❤️ Its not my recipes. I just have way too much in the way of packaging and embed toy etc hahaha it's my own fault. I also make lots of different things so I have a lot of different ingredients to input. Once initially set up it's all good!! ☺️

    Hi Joanna. Thank you for the great tutorial on Soapmaker 3. I'm very encouraged to buy it! Just wanted to let you know that I think you are off by 10% in your oils. Olive 50% Coconut 30% Castor 5% and Shea Butter 5% = 90%. Happy Holidays!

    Thank you so much for this video and for sharing your process. I would love a video at some point as to how you manage your wholesale/private label versus your own shop. That feels overwhelming to me. It feels overwhelming to try and keep things separately organized. I don't know, maybe it's just me

    • @TheSoapGal
      @TheSoapGal  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Truthfully it is overwhelming. It's important to carve specific time to focus on each brand individually. Being realistic of what you can handle as a business owner and delegating is very important as things scale!

    I'm so excited for you! Had this dream of making sure everything raw materials to end product is truly fair trade, ethically sourced verified- because how we treat others for those profits matters always has. Making sure on a planet we share none of us own we have clean water supplies, air and soil with quality of life to glorify God...been a tough journey in faith to say the least.
    Was happy you have this time with your mom. The ability to offer others a place to belong and I hope you are a kind, understanding employer as those are rare.
    Just wanted to drop a comment to say thanks for your insights and inspiring. Really appreciate you pointing out how lovely collaboration is. Royalty Soaps is exactly how I learned about you and love that type of attitude. Context matters with consent. God bless you 🙏

    I started out formulating using soapcalc site, then when I got SM3 I entered my recipes but the #’s don’t match exactly between the 2. Do you think SM3 is more accurate or is this just relative or preference? I’m wanting to adjust to SM3 only so that my ingredients inventory is accurate because as of now it is not working out that way haha

    • @TheSoapGal
      @TheSoapGal  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes, I'd say Soap Maker 3 is the most accurate. I've used it for years for all my white label soap making and it's always been reliable.

    I know you made your recipe up but its total was 90 not 100% (50+30+5+5). The 100% was already showing at the bottom
