Skilly, if you happen to read this I would just like to let ya know that I started watching igp because of you before I actually knew you had your own channel. I watch him too but I used to binge watch the ones that you were in. The phasmaphobia video is what sealed the deal. I lost my mind when Igp was looking at you and you were screaming and getting dragged up the stairs backwards. Funniest thing I watched in years
I Freakin loved that vid. Markiplier had a good one too where Bob and Jack were outside listening to him scream. That was funny. But skilly. My guy. Yours and igp was the best
Another fire stream by Skilly loved this, the shield for your tank 59:34 is like the shield from Titanfall if you've ever played it, also I watch you more then I watch IGP now which is a surprise to me since Im a huge IGP fan i love when your in his videos you guys are great love it have blessed life man and Im not gonna lie one day I will buy and send you a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Wheaties 25:52
3:34:34 the operational-turret had a little handle that highlighted-indicatively around the back: looked like you could swipe the master-battery stealthily without damaging the turret or spending ammo.
@SkillyMcFilly he kept it to a minimum, but he probably did it off recording or something... plus by watching his vids, I already have a basic understanding what happened to humanity in the game but your vids is going in depth into it, making it worth watching... it's why I love watching your longer vids even after watching IGP or Drae... Drae tends to cut a lot out, but he is quite entertaining..
They see Skilly rollin' The robots hatin' 🤖 Patrollin' and tryna catch him ridin' tanky🎶 It's still stuck in my brain days later. What a fun and unique game with a surprisingly good storyline. Can't wait to see more of this one.
i'll start binging your "live" videos!!! i didn't see these. i feel like i have a whole inventory to watch lol!!! thanks skilly. i'll put you in my "bell" notifications to see when you go live. much love!! ❤️❤️
Awesome, I've got 327 stream VoD's currently available lol. Just pick and choose what you're interested in. IGP makes surprise appearances here and there in streams sometimes too. I live stream Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays unless I need to change my schedule for the week for some reason.
I think this would make a great co-op game. Perhaps the devs will add it via an update later. It is more narrative focused than I realized before playing though.
This is the temperature map I was referring to: media.cnn.com/api/v1/images/stellar/prod/cnn-digital-feels-like-temp-test-0120-011525-label.png?c=original. Same map was used by most national weather forecasts. You can see that most US aside from parts of California, Arizona, and Florida are all below freezing. Pretty crazy to see that amount of the US well below freezing temps. I'm just waiting for the state of New Mexico to become New America now. I'm sure the rest of world will immediately recognize the new name of the gulf lmao. I mean it's prior name was only around for almost 4 centuries.
I have to watch long videos in parts because I don't have the time that's one of the reasons you don't see me much on your live stream I wish I could watch it when it's live
13:38 feeling the weight and feel of the character as they move, instead of seeing it but your controlling giving you no feedback... do you use controller tho, or is there a pc equivalent?
I use controller sometimes depending on the game but for this stream I was using mouse and keyboard. You can tell by the button prompts that display on screen (F for Detach from tank at bottom middle of screen).
I’m surprised this game is made by Alpha Channel Inc. and not id Software, given id Software’s art director (Emerson Tung) has a art book out with the same name which includes similar concept designs.
huh never heard of Emerson Tung before or his book. Alpha Channel Inc. is one of the co-founders of Kepler. So they run pretty deep industry wise. Curious if they know about it.
No apologies necessary. I always put the stream VoDs up for those who can’t make it and want to watch. Thanks for supporting however works best for you.
I never heard of that paratrooper Geneva Convention rule, but the Convention was established during the arms race, wasn't it? Which explains why it's such a big deal and the more silly rules are overlooked... War needs restriction especially in certain areas like bio-warfare especially, otherwise, it'll be another race to invent the best... Oppenheimer was a good example of this actually... humanity can be quite ingenious when it comes to creating things under duress... or need.... maybe, like with all things, the Convention began as a massive restriction on the major aspects of war, hindering the spread of war... cause, if wars had no restrictions, they'd be far too common for even the largest armies to fight continously without wear... and the world would be a mess... the economy would be almost non-existent and established systems would fall into chaos... so I suppose, the Convention went all motherly on war but I don't think even the silly rules are silly.. You can alway prepare for paratroopers in plain sight but I think paratroopers would either drop in behind their own lines or if behind enemy lines, then out of sight or in an area where they have cover or something... Edit: I reached the part where it said not paratroopers xD You know your idea of Presidents going 1v1 ... I've seen stuff like Star Trek where entire planets fought other planets via virtual/simulated battles, and they became numb to death even though they weren't hurt physically but are required by law to sacrifice themselves if the simulated war deemed them dead.... There is no good defence for war...
Nah, The first Geneva Convention was established on August 22, 1864. So well before the US and Soviet arms race if that's what you are referring to. The Geneva Conventions are a series of international treaties that establish rules for the treatment of wounded and captured soldiers and civilians during war. It gets updated a lot after different conflicts particularly World War 2. I understand it's purpose and think it's a good thing. My whole point though was War is a failure of diplomacy, comprise, discussion, and the rule of law. Therefore it kind of defies the logic of War to expect two countries actively engaged in killing each other to adhere to rules for the conflict. I'll never understand why we can't stop killing each other though. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
@SkillyMcFilly your point is valid... I didn't fully realise what you meant by it then... and I guess I was mistaken as well, but I'm huge on history.... I go more into scific which bends all the rules xD
Something happened with my connection to TH-cam’s servers. My internet was fine but I just couldn’t connect to TH-cam. Possibly momentary service issue on their end. I had to end in 10 minutes anyway when it happened so I just stopped. I popped in live chat and told everyone.
Yeah, i wouldn't recommend Secret Level Skilly; out of 8 I watched, 2 were good. Its pretty much just different animators and short content producers trying to cash in on short content. Keanu was good, and the other was the live action shooter from a game called something like "Good Conflict"?
See I keep hearing both things like 50/50 lol. I hear it’s mostly bad and then mostly good in near equal unison lol. I have to watch some and see I guess.
@SkillyMcFilly Yeah, actually I think if you pick good episodes..I think I didn't go far enough into the rabbit hole to find any more interesting vids. I'll go back and give it a second look. 👍
Yeah, it's way more like Pacific Drive than Generation Zero. I didn't realize that until playing. Pacific Drive is awesome though so I was pleasantly surprised.

I appreciate the kind words and support. IGP's a legend and master of our craft.
3:34:34 the operational-turret had a little handle that highlighted-indicatively around the back: looked like you could swipe the master-battery stealthily without damaging the turret or spending ammo.
Yeah, the button prompt flashes on screen for a second there. Streaming is multi-tasking hell sometimes lol.
26:08 Drae just said nope to lore xD
Drae, didn't read or explore the lore in his videos?
@SkillyMcFilly he kept it to a minimum, but he probably did it off recording or something... plus by watching his vids, I already have a basic understanding what happened to humanity in the game but your vids is going in depth into it, making it worth watching... it's why I love watching your longer vids even after watching IGP or Drae... Oh yeah Drae tends to be very mission oriented goal focused in his videos. I’m all about the journey and lore.
They see Skilly rollin'

It's still stuck in my brain days later. What a fun and unique game with a surprisingly good storyline. Can't wait to see more of this one.
Yeah I was surprised by what this game was but pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed my time with it!

These are the kinds of game I wish were coop or could play with a friend. So cool but I totally understand wanting to solo it!
I think this would make a great co-op game. Perhaps the devs will add it via an update later. It is more narrative focused than I realized before playing though.
@ oh for sure. I do miss some good coop games. Me and my buddy were playing a tavern coop game this weekend, was pretty fun!
2:35 weird. It was 68 and sunny here in Sacramento California.... Also.... It's the gulf of 'murica now😂

@@SkillyMcFilly oh shiiiiiiiiit 😱
Definitely a unique game! Thanks for the stream!
Thanks for watching!
1:33:30 you need to try a Dill pickle corn dog!
Large pickel cored with a dog in the middle battered and fried
That sounds dillicious.
Did you just get kidnapped by aliens when you deployed lol
lol, nah that’s the robot jumper that takes us to the mission area. It wasn’t immediately explained though which is weird lol.
@SkillyMcFilly yeah I saw it after and it looks a pretty cool game I like the way you can take the parts from tanks you destroy to make your better
I have to watch long videos in parts because I don't have the time that's one of the reasons you don't see me much on your live stream I wish I could watch it when it's live

Oh this game looks dope! Also Skilly, I love when your cam freezes. Haha, hope all is good man!
Hell yeah, thanks for watching. I hope all is well your way. Also.. shakes fist at webcam.

Hey man. Sorry I missed the stream. I love Generation Zero so this will defiantly be a game on my radar. Also nice plush of Indie in the back.
No apologies necessary. I always put the stream VoDs up for those who can’t make it and want to watch. Thanks for supporting however works best for you.

Hell yeah, glad to hear you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
The stream ended pretty suddenly. What happened?
Something happened with my connection to TH-cam’s servers. My internet was fine but I just couldn’t connect to TH-cam. Possibly momentary service issue on their end. I had to end in 10 minutes anyway when it happened so I just stopped. I popped in live chat and told everyone.
Oh damn. Well, hope you’ll finish this game next time.
I really liked the idea of playing as the robot until they began interacting like people
lmao, why though? I feel like interaction between 2 entities like humans and robots can be really interesting.
@SkillyMcFilly The machines being non anthropomorphic felt new up to that point. Looked like you had fun though hopefully you enjoy it

Thanks for watching!
Ha wasted most of my day watching this ;) work is no longer a priority 🤣🤣
We call that a cough sick cough day around here.. lol.
Pretty cool game , like Pacific Drive but with Tanks. Looks great. Thanks for your work @SkillyMcFilly
