Most of our clients find us right here on youtube! The easiest way to connect with us before coming up to Pine Mountain Club is saying hello through a quick text. You can text Karen directly at (818) 698-2563
If you use apps like Zillow to tour homes there's a slim chance you connect with us and a high chance you connect with an agent that may or may not service our area locally.
Our clients find the most success sending us a text before planning their trips up to PMC!!

How long have you been there? There's a dark side to PMC. I lived there 25 years. Do you want to know?

@@patg3331 It's complicated and will take me a while to explain, which I don't have time to do right now, but I'll be happy to do such in the coming days. I probably know that place better than anyone alive. I know it's history, politics, secrets, and much of what I experienced and learned is quite disturbing and hard to believe.
First let me ask you, are you considering moving there?, or do you already live there?

I've visited several times and would like to live there in the future at some point. Thanks for your insight. @@MB-jg4tr

@@patg3331 PMC is completely surrounded by 1.7 million acres of the Los Padres National Forest. The first question you should ask yourself is: Why was the most pristine mountain valley in it allowed to be developed? And why wasn't it also turned into National Forest?

@@patg3331 part of town, to the west of the fire station/victorian-style house on the corner of Symonds Dr, was built on top of a scared ancient Chumash burial ground. While excavating for building there, bones and artifacts were unearthed, but this information was quickly suppressed and hidden as to not stop the project. A few houses in that area are known for hauntings, and one house is so bad that nearly everyone that moves into it leaves within a few months. (At least while I was living there, not sure now as it's been several years) A local shaman did a cleansing on the house which apparently helped a little bit, but the issue never went away and likely never will.

Thank you both for providing all this info on living in PMC! I'd like to hear more about the internet as I work remote and in IT, so it is unfortunately somewhat important to me. Are their any fiber providers out there? Also, what was the first one you listed? It sounded like "starling" but I couldn't find any info online, maybe Starlink which is Musk's internet. Zito seems pretty decent as a coax provider. Frazier Mountain is cool because they are local and I enjoyed their website, but they definitely don't offer much in terms of bandwidth and speed.
