On the bottom of the foot at the end n u can get a a boil I did while I was in school n my mom had cut a small piece of fatback n wrapped a white cloth around it n left on there overnight n it worked. Mom's home remedy worked. Luv ur videos!❤ Hope U n Ur Family Have A Blessed Nite!

That wasn't a boil, kid was squeezing roasted garlic in his fingertips.
Also, fatback? Really? Your joking... really?
      animal fat...?
I think it just coincidentally started to go down. If that truly was a boil. As they are prone to places that can grow hair. Soles of your feet are not one. So it would be really rare.
Sounds more like a cut that got infected.

It is just so annoying when people wipe the contents on their gloves. I can't even find any enjoyment in the salon videos. Video #1 is not messy, but usually, you will see people with their faces that are an infected mess. I usually stick with Dr. Lee's videos and a few others.

Great video! It's really interesting to hear the perspective of an MD on these videos! I have a question that I'm hoping you will answer, because I see comments on it all the time in other videos. So many of these pimple popping videos show the tech wearing gloves that are absolutely covered in the little blobs of sebum that they've extracted. There seems to be debate amongst the viewers as to whether or not this is dangerous as far as spreading bacteria more easily. Some viewers say yes, while others claim that it doesn't matter because they're still working in the "same field". Can you comment with your thoughts? Thanks in advance!

    • @kindleburns6805
      @kindleburns6805 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Good question. The bacteria in that sebum will be the same throughout the entire face. Once those gloves have touched a persons face, they’re already covered in the bacteria that has colonized the client. So, whether they keep the sebum on the glove or not won’t change the translocation of bacteria. Unless you completely sterilized the face and used sterile gloves, which isn’t necessary or plausible for extractions. Now, people should very weary when you go deep enough into the dermis and you see bleeding because there is a theoretical risk for infection.

We love the picking and popping videos because of evolution. Our ancient ancestors had to groom each other, much like monkeys and apes do, and they bonded while grooming each other. They also felt better afterward so the behavior was reinforced as both groomer and groomee.

That is actually garlic. It's widely used in Turkey for patchy hair loss and it actually works due to antibiotic properties of garlic. The thing is homeopathy fan barbers believe if you irritate the area with a razor then rub the garlic somehow make it more effective. Garlic alone burns like hell. I can't imagine applying it to a fresh wound on the scalp.

About the spa not being allowed to use scalpel blades or needles - is a very good observation.
I work as a dental technician, wich means that I make the dental restorations that are used in the mouth. But we are also not legaly allowed to do certain things. I can't for one take a dental impression of a patient. I'm allowed to on myself though 😁 but the biggest one is that I can fix/mend broken dentures, but I'm not allowed to hand them back to the patient - only a dentist can do that. And that is because the dentist has a license and I don't. Even if I manifacture the things they order, the ultimate responsibility is with the dentist.

It's also important to get the right formula for your skin and hair, so there might be a bit of trial and error involved. The other alternative of course, is just using makeup to make your brows look great. Good luck - I'm sure this must be frustrating for you but hopefully you'll find a solution that works for you 😊

I fell on my face on a rocky driveway. fractured my pelvis and went to hospital for 4 weeks.
When I got out I noticed two large blackheads on my upper R cheek. I went to a dermatologist and mentioned them to her. She didn't say" Oh those are blackheads, do you want me to remove them? since she was getting a biopsy of what could have been a melanoma. Also, somehow I contracted sebaceous dermatitis. When I asked what sebaceous meant. she just laughed at me. She told me It comes from being born with "cradle cap.". I never was told that before, and never had problem with my skin. Naturally I did not go back, and I have no respect for her. Can you tell me if it is caused by cradle cap? I've done research, and not seen it mentioned again. Thank you,

I had something like the foot thing shown, but much bigger. It wasn’t just some strange abscess outta nowhere, though. I got thwacked by a sting ray weeks earlier and didn’t realize how deep it was. Three weeks later it was like I was walking on a golf ball. I picked the tiny little scab on the bottom of my foot and an unreasonable amount of gunk came out. Put a bit of antiseptic on it and was good as new. Ahh, youth. 😆

I watch Dr Pimple Popper semi-regularly. She said the back of the ear has oil glands and that's why you get skin problems back there. Is she right, or are you?

This man is an absolute video because I had to pause to find a way to breathe when I saw “toe gina”, but he didn’t even address it.

Dude, if I had a big, inflamed, hurting abcess/cyst somewhere I would be scared to death and run to the next doctor. Just "popping" it yourself could actually just spread the infection.

Another thing that looks really unhygienic is how in so many Extractions videos the practitioner uses a blade orc needle to stab into a wet inflamed pustule, and doesn't disinfect the instrument before jabing it into another area. There might st be all kinds of bacteria and infection in a pustule, and it's horrific that they draw out the instrument with pus and blue clinging to it and jab it straight into another area. Can't they see how this spreads infection.

So the one where you said it was on the back of the neck it was clearly under his chin under his beard on his neck in the front. You could see the atom's apple. You could see his chin, you being a doctor you should be able to spot that man just Saying
