Good stuff. I can't believe you would have to pressure cook it for 4 hours, though! I think I'd just cook it in a slow cooker overnight instead since I'm scared of pressure cookers. :)

No, you don’t need to cook for 4 hours in a pressure cooker. 30 mins cooking time would be the least and the broth is still very tasty as I also mentioned which vegetables I would add in when cook in short time for the best flavor. But when I have time I always want it to be cooked that long to draw out all the nutrition in the the bones😀. The pressure cooker does the job so it’s very convenient 😀
@@VansKitchen Yes, and I should overcome my fear of it. I got the Mealthy instant pot a couple of years ago but only used it as a slow cooker to test it out then it went back into the box as I didn't want to try to pressure cooker yet (the main reason I bought it!!! Ugh.) But I will have to dust off the box and give it a go sometime just to make sure the pressure cooker part works. :)
