Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. No harm in getting a set of tyres that performs better than the stock ones..they are after all, the one thing that make contact with the road and help you brake, corner and accelerate safely. Glad the video was helpful. Stay safe ✌🏻😊

Apollo alpha H1 is the best tyre for rc 390. but they have also same punture issue bcz they have also soft compound. i ride my bike on Apollo more than 3k kms & its vgood in handling & stability.
I recommend you to try Michelin Pilot Road 5 which is a sport touring rain tyres, so as the name tells it's a sport touring which means the tyre can last easily 30,000 to 35,000 kms because heavy silica hard compound at the middle and also the side of the tyre is soft compund and also the treads on the side has been removed a bit compared to road 4 to improve the cornering ability and also tyre has a 2ct+ design which means that the centre of the tyre and the sidewall have the same hard compound to help increase tyre life and cornering confidence and also the wet grip on this tyre is the best than most tyres, this tyre has water reservoir to help dissipate water even at high speed, acceleration, braking, but still u want u to watch some videos on youtube and consider the tyre it is usually double cost as a mrf rev z but this tyre can last double the life.

Been using the same from past 5000KM, bought it for 10500/- pair, I'd say these are amazing, I'm more like into touring and stuff, rode in snow, water, highways almost every where, better than Michellin for sure and almost same as Metz! Worth it!
Hello Oggy! Loved the review! The way you speak and explaon everything is just on point. One question I had though was how do the Michelin Pilot Streets fare against these. Which one of the two would you go for?
Thank you. The pilot street is a hard compound tyre and woul last very long. Performance wise, these are better but you'd get more life out of the pilot streets
Thank you for the prompt response Oggy. The pilot streets aren't really available everywhere these days due to the virus and the import ban. They're selling at about 14K-15K a set which rather seems a bit overpriced to me especially given the fact that they were the most affordable premium tires at a point in time. Not just that they're selling 2019 stock now which isn't advisable I've heard. On the contrary the H1s now come at a price tag just a little north of 10K a set which sounds like a steal to me (both tyre quotations from Kwikfix India) Do you think spending the premium amount on the Pilot Streets is worth it?
Love the video. But more importantly, love your English as well. Do you an approximate figures on the tyre mileage (personal experience or claimed figures by manufacturer) ?

You're right. The arrow on the tyre wall needs to point in the direction that the tyre rotates when the motorcycle is in motion. I checked and it's mounted correctly. Hey Roy. While the metzellers are undoubtedly great performance tyres, they're a softer compound and wear out quicker than other tyres. The Apollos offer a great balance between performance and longevity and perform well in the rains too. I've seen a few Indian California Superbike School coaches use the Apollos on their personal race bikes... I think that itself is a testament to how well they perform 😊. Stay safe bud ✌🏻
