Seems by far most important is a voting system that is trustworthy. Not one that can be compromised-controlled-corrupted or else we lose a good President and fall into our current state. Paper ballots, in person, with ID on one day and counted by hand by bipartisan committee at each voting station. Voting Day National Holiday. Old school trustworthiness or Open border Biden, Harris, Newsom, etc…
It would be interesting to see if turnout would increase if voters had the day off to vote in presidential elections. The answer is....probably not.
