I love, love, love the pinkish colored fermented/sour grilled sausages. They are SO delicious! They have a flavor profile that is hard to match. I also love the grilled pork "lollipops" on a stick. I eat them like candy. Yum!

For what it's worth, Thai rice causes SO much inflammation in my body, it's torture. I can eat Basmati but, wow, the Thai rice causes SOOOOO much inflammation. Out of necessity, I had to stop eating it.

As a Buddhist of 20 years, Luang Por Thuad holds a profound significance in my spiritual journey. His legendary compassion, miraculous stories, and teachings of kindness resonate deeply within me. Luang Por Thuad symbolizes spiritual strength, protection, and the power of faith. His presence in my life inspires deep respect and gratitude, guiding me towards greater compassion and understanding in my practice. It has also created a deep connection with the Thai community. I have also received similar amulets from Luang Por Sawat in Ubon Ratchanthani, the head monk for the entire province, after spending time staying in the monastery. And one from
Luang Por Yuean from Surin after he taught me to deepen my meditation practices at Wat Bowon Niwet after taking part in a monk ordination ceremony. They are 2 amazing men that changed my perception and mind. I wear my amulet with deep appreciation and humbleness for the power and peace that they bring to me. I hope that answers your question.
