your garden is growing as quickly as your chickens are. I started my garden in South Carolina in mid-April but are dwarfed compared to yours.' I'd like to blame it on my forested property- I did put my raised beds in the most sun-drenched location. I think your knowledge base is a few steps ahead of mine, however. I like your international approach; I'll be interested to see how the Peruvian plants fare in NY; I would imagine they'll do great as the indigenous diseases and pests aren't familiar.

The soil here is very fertile. Growing gandules now and hope the Peruvian seeds produce. Not all germinated but it's a start. I may be the only person growing gandules in all of NY.
